Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomDriss who runs the hotel was incredibly helpful and kind - he was happy to help us with any requests we had (sending someone out to buy toothpaste for us and even dropping us at an event himself). The hotel was great, with a very relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to relax.

IsraelRoom cleanling was not perfect, but I assume this was because we surprised the staff at 1:00am without prior notice... so they had no time for a last brush out....otherwise, as mentioned, very helpful and kind hosts...
Nice family run business..Service with a smile.

United KingdomThe room is quite old and in need of a maintenance check. TV didn’t work, the shower would go from cold to very hot randomly, all the furniture and appliances looked quite outdated.
The staff is lovely, the hotel is in a very peaceful area and the breakfast was great

United KingdomWe booked this as a bit of a relaxing stay after a busy few days in Marrakech centre so knew the location wasn't central however didn't realise there isn't even a small shop to buy water/snacks from or any restaurants in walking distance so just be aware of that when booking/be prepared and take lots of snacks with you! The hotel was a bit noisy at night when trying to sleep with people talking/children shouting and running around outside the rooms after 10pm - lots of families book the hotel so may not be as suited for couples if you want a quiet stay.
Staff were really friendly and happy to help with booking taxis etc. They can also book tours/trips for you but only private ones which are more expensive than group ones that you can book onto in the medina. Food was really nice and reasonably priced - we enjoyed the breakfast. It was nice to have a big pool area with plenty of space to enjoy the weather. The room was comfortable and good for a short stay.

United KingdomThe kitchen - They need to be able to leave food under glass cover or something so flies and wasp do not sit on the food. This was very off putting. The hotel needs to know that flies do carry diseases and not to leave food uncovered especially as the kitchen is outside. An incident at breakfast occurred when we were asked to move once sat a table to eat. Although I said we will not sit there again and can we finish what we have started to eat. I do not think the girl understood or heard me or as she kept saying we need to move. Then she said no sit then she said no move which was very confusing. We understand there were people next door sleeping however we did say we will be quiet and move as soon as we can. The girl did apologise.
The pool was fine. The small indoor one was cold if it had been heated it would be super. The host is very pleasant pity we cannot speak french and his english is not fluent either otherwise I think the conversation would have been epic. He also recommended restaurant and places to visit which were super. thank you. The lady that spoke english on the reception is very good at her job again the language barrier to blame. The cleaner and kitchen staff were approachable.
