The riad is really beautiful - colors and all! It's in a good location close to attractions and pickup points for tours. Staff are amazing - they really took great care of me during my 3-night stay in Marrakech. It's like I'm in my own place. Food served for breakfast is sumptuous. Rooms are also very neat and they clean and replace stuff daily. Just don't expect for bright lighting - the dim yellow/red lights are just perfect for the ambiance and character of the room and adds up to the whole Morocco experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

When I showed up, she sat me down to let me know that the room I was to have someone staying there was sick so she will find me somewhere else. However, still at the same cost and the place she found me was not at all Riad. I had no choice since everything was booked

I booked a room which apparently happened to be the only room on the terrace ! That room has no ambience. They should not be giving out that room at all and if they are then it should be at half the price . I saw the other rooms later and they were very good and it was for just 5-10 euros more.

The location is 10/10 The staff excellent . Special mention of Azdin & Huda. The breakfast was also very good .

I was under the impression that water pipes do no have enough pressure while taking a bath.

The people were very kind and supportive, they made me feel welcome, and I felt that they care for me. I also liked the welcome tee and decoration and the size of the room.

We were very disappointed with the WiFi connection. The WiFi did not reach our room on the 1st floor. We had to leave the room every time we needed a connection. We complained about it 3 times and were told there was nothing that can be done to fix it. This Riad should have a better location for the router (other than the reception office) or invest in some extenders. I would have ranked the riad higher if it wasn't for this frustrating issue.

This Riad is very beautiful, tidy and clean. Rooms are cleaned daily by the maid. The location is great too. It is situated in a quiet area, although at first it is not easy to find. The staff are really nice and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional.

We had problems with our bathroom. The toilet and shower was not properly functioning at two different rooms (we had to change rooms).

The vibrant traditional decor and the overall Moroccan vibe of the property. I also liked the welcome drink, which was the moroccan mint tea with little biscuit bites. It was a nice gesture of welcoming into our stay at the property.

The room requires a bit of renovation, as some things were old as plugs and the shower. There was a situation that transfer was booked and a guy came to pick up our luggage without us being informed and because we already had exchange all the money we could not pay him and to avoid any problems it would have been better if we have been informed before.

The location was very good and close to the centre. Very relaxing riad and the breakfast was very good. The decoration was beautiful and the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were nice, attentive and friendly.

The problem was with the second room we got. It was the worst room ever !! It was at the 3rd floor - outside of the beautiful Riad -and above the winter- plastic cover - so we did not see the riad or any view except this plastic cover. When we got in the room we notice a very heavy smell of perfume or cleaning material, it was a bit suffocating, but bearable, only in the morning we understood that it was a cover for the stench that rose from the bathroom that really was unbearable and unforgettable !!! The bathtub was terrible !! Very low pressure, with no way to control the hit. It was burning hot, dead cold, or not at all running, so much that on the second night we both had to shower at my fathers room !!! By the way, when we asked for a different room, the lady said that they are full, and also that this was the room that i've booked. And she was right, i guss next time i need to check the floor, view, smell and the actual possibility to take a bath in my 4 stars riad room, prior to reservation.

The palace looks amazing, its colourful, very clean and it seems that someone took the time and effort to make visitors feel very good. The location is great, close to Gamma al funa and also the Bahia palace. The breakfast was wonderful very traditional and tasty. Also it was very nice that it was different each day !! My fathers room was exquisite !! We asked and got for him a room in the first floor with no stairs and apart from the water pressure in his room , he was very happy.

The Riad didn’t feel very clean to me - there was a smell of cleaning products as soon as I walked in - the room also had a smell of cleaning products - it felt like a surface clean - the rugs were dirty - I didn’t really want to touch anything.
