Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe location wasn’t the best. Every day we had to endure lots of young men gathered around and on certain days, a scary experience for my wife
The property was, in general, nice to stay in. The staff were top class

United KingdomThe property was an idyllic haven, with staff that felt like your friend whilst sustaining professionalism. The area is close to brilliant restaurants and midway between most of what one would wish to see. Breakfast was lovely and eating on the terrace at sunrise is magical. I could not fault our stay.

ThailandThe riad doesn’t have a private parking space so if you’re driving finding the parking space might cause you some time. However the hotel staffs are really informative and helpful.
The place is really beautiful and has a really great aesthetic. Staffs are nice and the food is great. The room is really cozy and the rooftop is so pretty

I had an amazing stay at this riad! The cleanliness is impeccable, and the oriental vibes add a unique and charming touch to the experience. The staff's hospitality and kindness were truly superb, making me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. Special thanks to Mehedi(both)and Rokia, who were exceptionally helpful and made my visit even more memorable. Would highly recommend this riad for a delightful and authentic experience

NetherlandsIt’s not as trendy as some other riads and the location is okish, a bit outside the medina. Also the shower pressure was a bit lacking and after two people took a shower you had too wait for the boiler to heat up again.
The staff is what makes this property great! We stayed in the quadruple room, which is perfect for a family or group of friends as there is one bedroom completely seperate. It was super clean. The heating worked well and I really appreciated the small heating in the bathroom. The breakfast was exactly what I hoped for, with fresh orange juice, fresh fruits, various breads, egg and something sweet with your coffee. But I wish the staff gets a raise, as they gave the place a soul!!

United KingdomThe Mrs only complaint was lack of bright light to get ready, that aside all perfect.
Riad Bohemia is a tranquil, peaceful place just outside the medina. The staff are very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. There are options outside, like the inner courtyard, or one of the roof terraces all are lovely spots to sit and relax. The rooms are spotlessly clean and all staff are friendly, I would not hesitate to stay again, we had a wonderful time.

We picked Bohémia for an exotic experience. Some sort of local traditional stay, which it was. Both Mehdi and the lady in the reception was helpful with everything. They are excellent hosts and very helpful with every question. Wi-Fi was good, terrace is peacefull. Soaps are also sth to mention, the soaps smell great.

United KingdomCan’t think of anything that I didn’t like about the property.
The property itself was stunning, comfort and character in abundance….however it was all of the staff at Riad Bohemia that made my stay in Marrakech so special. Incredibly kind and thoughtful…nothing was too much trouble and ‘going the extra mile’ would be an understatement!

United KingdomWe really loved everything about the property. Only item we would change is the shower head was hand held rather than being attached to wall and would be nice to have fridge in room. Other than that- perfect!
It was beautiful and peaceful. Really liked the intimacy of the Riad with beautiful courtyard and terrace to use. Room was very big and comfortable. Always kept clean. Staff were incredibly accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they really looked after us. Couldn’t recommend enough.

IrelandNothing.
The riad had a lovely safe, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere made all the more special by the wonderful staff who were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We stayed in the triple room with the courtyard which was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The riad itself was easy to find and a short distance from where the taxi was able to drop us and it gave us the special opportunity to stay within the heart of the community with all of it's sights and sounds. There is an atm, places to eat, shops and the souks all within a reasonably short walking distance or taxi ride if needed. We can't describe enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

United KingdomThe only 2 points that I would say: - smoking outside our room, as we were on the ground floor there was seating right outside our room which we loved, but we came back to our room on our last night with our whole room smelling of cigarettes as someone had been smoking directly outside our room. - pillows - not a biggy but the pillows could be better/ updated for a better night's sleep.
This place exceeded our expectations! Great location, located in the old town/ away from the madness of Marrakech. It's a little hard to find for the first time but after the first day it's easy. Just to note, taxis cant drop you directly outside as it's down the back streets, but it's only a 1 minute walk - the taxi drivers usually ring the Riad to get directions and driver will direct you where to walk - try to ignore locals saying they'll help as they usually will but expect to be paid. The staff were lovely especially Maddy (sorry if spelt wrong) who worked the night shifts and served us our breakfast every morning, he really was a true star and went out of his way to make our stay perfect! It was my birthday while we were staying there and he and his colleague sung me happy bday and gifted me a Marrakech poster which made me very happy! We chatted to him every night & morning and he really made our whole stay special! We can't thank him enough for making our stay so comfortable. Breakfast at this place was AMAZING!! Riad itself was beautiful and liked that they gave you option of where you wanted to eat your breakfast each morning. Definitely recommend staying here!!
