Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

NorwayThe food. We ordered food from the riad for the night we came. Spagetti for the kids are cold and dry. Menu 150 dh and 190 dh has small portions. The ice-cream is crystallized. A few days later we ordered Moroccan couscous and we were surprised with the dish. There was mountainous of boiled couscous decorated with a few pieces of vegetables and one and one only small piece of stew lamb with big bones in the middle of the plate. It's 130 dh. Too expensive for the dish. But the service is very good. The breakfast is berber style and free every day. It has few different kinds of bread, 4 types of jam, butter and soft white cheese. Coffee, milk and orange juice. Even though they have an orange garden but the juice is from the carton bought from the shops. Every day is the same for 7 days. But the staffs are very kind. I came to know that all the riads in marrakech served the same breakfast. Berber village style. Should not complain but I never want to see berber breakfast again in my life.
The riad is beautiful. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is good, center of the old city, walkable to medina and sight seeing points. Good value for money. They offer free pick up service and welcome mint tea and cookies.

PortugalWhat and amazing experience to stay at Riad Bohémia. The staff was amazing and the Riad was beautiful and very well located, just outside the Suks. When in Marrakech I 100% recommend to stay here. Throughout the whole visit the staff helped with any request and were super friendly. Amazing and freshly made traditional Morrocan breakfast. I would also recommend booking a massage during your stay.

GermanyHonestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff was super nice and helpful, always open to have a chat and help out when possible. The Riad felt like home throughout the stay and everything was done so lovely, from the interior design to the breakfast! I can only recommend it. It is about 8 minutes away from the center of the Medina which is also nice as it doesn’t get as loud and crowded.

United KingdomThe rooms were a little dark- they could have done with more lamps in the evening. Not a direct complaint but we arranged a visit to the Atlas Mountains and the cost for the guide was not made clear.
Clean rooms and hotel in general. Extremely helpful staff- Mehdi and Rukayah went above and beyond to cater for our needs. The chef was also great, taking into account what we wanted. Location was very good- a 15 min walk to the main square so it wasn’t ever too loud but busy enough to feel safe.

Such a lovely, quiet and tranquil Riad. Would definitely stay again. My room was comfortable and clean. The managers were so friendly, warm and hospitable throughout my whole stay. Location is perfect for those not wanting to be right in the Medina but a short walk away. A number places to eat close by if you dont fancy venturing into the main square every night.

United KingdomI absolutely loved this Riad... a paradise among the charming backstreets of Marrakech with a rooftop view over the area. It has such an engaging ambience; stimulating to the senses without being ooverbearing; all the staff were always helpful, pleasant and personable, quietly attending to making the place such a warm and peaceful environment, especially Mehdi whose own peacefulness seemed to pervade the place when he was present. Thank you for such a beautiful stay and I have already recommended you a number of times! :)

United KingdomWe liked everything!
Me and my boyfriend recently stayed at riad Bohemia and we were blown away by the entire experience. We honestly had the most wonderful time. The riad itself was beautiful. The decor was spectacular. As soon as we entered, it felt like a mini paradise away from the business going on outside. It was a perfect slice of heaven. The staff in the riad were genuinely the loveliest people we met whilst in Marrakech and made the stay feel both relaxed and exciting. We were greeted with such a warm and welcoming embrace, they couldn't have done more if they tried (thank you so much). Our room looked out onto the central courtyard and it couldn't have been more peaceful. It was spotlessly clean with views right over the city. Breakfast each morning was just divine. Thank you so much for our stay, we wish we could have stayed longer! We would love to come back one day. Laurence and Jade

SwitzerlandMy stay was an incredible experience, the riad bohémia was a tiny paradise which provided me with a beautiful escape. The design and layout were terrific, the cleanliness was always great and above all the service was outstanding. Especially Monem, he always went out of his way to exceed my expectations. He really couldn’t do enough to make my stay exceptionally comfortable, always a great welcome every morning and each and every time I arrived back to the hotel. Plus the personal tips he provided about where to go, what to see and where I would feel my best and most safe. Monem really deserves to climb higher in the hotel industry. Overall I can really recommend Marrakech! A beautiful destination that I will certainly return to again and again.

The breakfast was very complete and delicious too. We dine one night, and also enjoyed the tasty options. We definitely recommend Riad La Bohemia when traveling to Marrakesh, since it also has a really great location too. Until next time! Thank you everyone.

Italynot sure if it is possible to have dinner at the riad. the location is slightly dislocated from the main attractions/restaurants in the marrakesh medina, although only takes 10/20 minutes to walk there. our bathroom did not have a door but just a curtain to separate bathroom from bedroom, but it is not the first time this happened to me in morocco.
beautiful courtyard and terrace from which you can see the view of marrakesh from above and beautiful sunsets! the personnel is very cordial and available at all hours of the day and night. they organised for us to be picked up from the airport and also brought back for our return, and someone from the riad accompanied us from the taxi to the riad. breakfast is also amazing.

NetherlandsThere isn't anything i can think of. Our stay was beyond excellent
The staff are the nicest people we met in Marrakech. They messaged me in advance if there was anything they could help with the day before wich was very nice. Upon arrival they welkom you like family, makes you immediately feel at home. We booked the quadrupled room and had our own private terras! The room was as if royalty would stay there. We also had diner and wine at the property, definitely would recommend! Thank you everyone for the nicest time

BelgiumThe location doesn't allow taxi to get close, and the morning calling for prayer is just bursting out of speakers next door, following by loud birds singing, and to top it off, you'll get a rooster yelling... As breakfast is done freshly, you'll need to wait about 20 minutes, and if you leave earlier than 08.30, you can only have tea and a small cake. The room was on the ground floor and had no privacy; only wooden door and windows and curtains separated between us and all people passing or smoking or having breakfast just a few meters away. I can't recommend this Ryad for a romantic escape
The atmosphere was nice as it is an old ryad located nearby main attractions. Breakfast on the top balcony was a delight. Amazing shampoo and soap of a local company.

United KingdomI think we were spoiled with the riad we stayed the few days before. I thought this one being more expensive would be a treat but we were glad it was just one night. It felt quite small and dark. The floors in the room were dirty but the beds were comfy. You could hear the bikes and voices right outside and the call to prayer was what felt like megaphoned into our area from 4am. I feel sad to be negative as they were lovely people but we were disappointed overall.
The staff were the best thing- so friendly and chatty.

GermanyThe family room is not convenient for 4 adults. Only 1 bathroom on the top floor bedroom to share with Many stairs and not comfortable for luggage storage. Location very tricky to reach. Breakfast was delicious but each guest gets a different spot in the hotel to have it. So although it was cold we had to eat on the rooftop because the living room was occupied by other guests. Price was too high for what you get.
Authentic riad. Nice deco. Good breakfast.
