Well located riad, clean and comfortable with a lovely rooftop terrace. Friendly and attentive staff. The Riad offers individual excursions which are more expensive than the group trips offered but definitely worth paying the extra for to have a better experience and personal guide away from the crowds.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel.

Loved this hotel, it is full of character at every turn, really enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The room was really comfortable and opened up onto the garden where you can sit out in the sunshine. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you and are always smiling and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is literally in the middle of the souk and only a few minutes walk to the famous Jemaa El-Fnaa square. And yet the hotel is very peaceful. Excellent value for money. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you all.

In a fabulous location this Riad does not disappoint. Beautiful interior and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast served on the roof top is outstanding , with a great selection. Finally the staff at Riad Chafia are what makes this place extra special, all of them polite friendly and always greeted with a smile 😀

Not the easiest place to find, but that’s the medina for you!

We were on the bottom floor so you could sometimes hear people if they were coming in but that’s no one’s fault at the riad. I’m just a light sleeper anyway.

The rooftop terrace was beautiful. We enjoyed our breakfasts there but also came back to the riad to relax during the day on the sun loungers.

Nothing really. Just words of advice if anyone planning on staying in a riad. It really is a home from home so in the night you hear other guests coming and going so it can keep you awake, especially if they stay up chatting in communal areas. I suspect this is the same in any riad.

Staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for you. Very helpful and really polite and welcoming. Place was clean. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. It is in the very north of the medina.

The raid was like a little haven of calm in the centre of bustling Marrakech. Location was ideal for exploring and eating out.

We were traveling in february and in the night were 6 Celsius degrees and the AC in the rooms wasn’t working properly (our room and our friends room) and we stay in cold. Recomand to buy some heaters for the room if they know having problem with the AC. Hihh prices for taxi and excursions

The people working there were super nice and very helpful. It was like staying at Home. Special thanks for Marwan and Rachid for being exceptional hosts of the Riad and always making sure I was doing well with my stay. After seeing marroko i could really see the beautiful marrokan design of the place, giving the feeling of marrokan luxury.

It was a bit difficult to find where is located the Raid.

Maison Chafia is the perfect place for a stay in Marrakech. The riad is located in the old part of the city, near the Medina. The structure is comfortable and well furnished and offer delicious breakfast on the rooftop. Special mention to the staff, that has been always very kind and supportive!
