Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI’m very sorry to say this because the staff was very nice and the Riad is beautiful but I couldn’t even use the shower the day of my arrival because of how dirty it was. This is the must disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. A lot of mold all around the grout and the toilet was also dirty, but not dirty of one day dirty of years without seen bleach or acid. It is very sad because the Riad is beautiful I assume there is 0 supervision in regards to cleaning because it is impossible they give guests the room in those conditions. They had to change my aunt’s room the following morning because her bathroom was worst than mine. The sheets did not have a good color and even had little holes that you could see the mattress.
Beautiful property and very close to the center.

PolandThere was poor ventilation in the room, so you can feel a slight dampness, but this is certainly not a question of cleanliness, because the rooms are very clean and well-maintained.
The Riad has a perfect location if you want to be close to Marrakech's biggest attractions. The breakfast on the terrace was very good and the ladies in the kitchen prepared what we asked for without any problem. The heated pool although not large has an amazing charm. The hotel staff is wonderful. Everyone very helpful, courteous. I also recommend massage - the masseuse ladies very nice and professional. For the price, I think the quality and location are in the right ratio.

IrelandBreakfast wasn’t great and pretty expensive considering there is much better and cheaper breakfast places in the area for the same price or less.
Perfect location close to everything. The riad is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are very nice but it would be great if a kettle was provided in the room. Bathroom is small and extremely damp - this is because there is no window in the bathroom and after having a shower it took ages for it to try as the fan in the bathroom wasn’t great. The towels and sheets smelled amazing ! I really want to know what they use to wash them! The pool is great and it’s heated so we could use it in the middle of January

IcelandThe bathroom could have used some renovation, and the shower was sub-par. We were given a room on the ground floor, right by the pool, which was great accessibility-wise, but the humidity of the pool really reached into the room. Some more detailed information about the tours offered would also have been great, as we ended up booking one through the hotel but went into it quite blindly. Finally, the breakfast could be improved upon.
The reception staff was exceptional, Oumayma and Oussama were really sweet and ready to help with anything. The location was right in the center, easy to get anywhere by foot, and the pool was great!

JerseyBathrooms could be improved. The sink in ours was not very well connected to the wall and felt very unsteady, and my friends room the way the shower head holder was placed, meant you had to hold the shower head in your hand whilst having a shower. Also, they do not have any laundry facilities (even outsourced) so I had to find somewhere else
Staff very friendly, beautiful building, and a fantastic location

AustraliaJust a few little things - had to wait 40 minutes after check in time to access the room, this was one of the only places in Morocco where I wasn’t offered a mint tea on arrival (which would have sweetened the long wait), I was told breakfast was included but it turns out it wasn’t and I had to pay (my fault for not double checking but still…)

SwitzerlandThe breakfast can be improved, with more variety and better meat and egg quality.
The Riad is well located, not that far from the Medina but also not too close for the noise to be heard. The facilities were good for the price, including free access to the interior pool (towels provided by the staff). The rooms were normal-sized, with some luxury details in some of them (we had 4). The staff were friendly and helpful. The terrace at the top of the Riad is great for spending some time together and relaxing at night.

United StatesBathroom shower head was broken. Room seemed small. No windows. Also no exterior photos provided of this riad. You don't realize it's located in the maze of the Medina. Photos of property should reflect that.
Very nice staff. Small intimate pool. Central in the Medina.
