The hotel is more like 1-2 stars than 4, we had alot higher expectations. Breakfast is not good, cheaper and better just to take it outside.

The location is great, you are i the middle of everything. Medina is 3 minutes walk away. Very nice and cosy restaurants all around. A very nice woman welcomed us, and we experienced the staff very professional and helpful.

Toilet with no curtain. After shower everything totally wet. Room maid knocks at the door and opens it while you are still sleeping to do the cleaning. Not good at all! Ask about the signs to the door but they said it's a Riad, not a hotel🤔

The hammam was covered in black mold. The spa area was crammed and didn't match the standard of the rest of the riad. The breakfast hot food wasn't hot most mornings, just luke warm. So by the time you sat down the food was cold. But for the price, these things were fine. But I wouldn't go back to that hammam.

The rooms are clean, and we're cleaned everyday. The pool was warm but not too heated like some pools are. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They had a printer at the desk to print out your boarding pass for your flight. The spa ladies give very nice massages. For breakfast there was lots of choice of food (as long as you come earlier when there's more of it). The showers were hot, the beds were hard (I like that), we had plenty of space in the twin room.

the floor of the room look like very dirty and faded. though it’s not dirty but scratched floor seems like that. they should change their room floor. and another thing they charge a lot for breakfast, excursion and airport shuttle .

Not a fault of the Riads but Google's, it doesn't recognise the street heading to it and took us a few minutes to find. No problem at all just ask people around and they guided us. Look for the black doors and enter ☺️

The staff were amazing, so helpful. Also they have two brothers for drivers that are really nice. The location was perfect, and the breakfast location on top of the roof was really nice.

The rooms are ok but the wall and the door to the hallway is super thin, that means if any ones speaks outside it literally feels like they are standing beside your bed. The breakfast was ok but nothing special, felt a bit empty when we arrived and it was 1 hour left of service.

The staff was great and the location too, central but a bit off from the bustling streets. I liked the ambiance in the first floor around the pool. And the terrace was nice.

The staff are a real asset to Riad Challa. They are all multi-lingual, extremely friendly and always gave you a warm welcome. Particular praise should go to Ruqiah, Salahaldeen (the airport driver), Amin and Yaqoob who were dedicated to their job and always available to help,

Considering the interior design around Riad was great. I felt the room was quite basic.

We liked most things especially, the location, interior design, lady at the Spa and the driver who picked us up (forgot his name) - he was excellent.

the breakfast is really not good - cakes tsted awful - but its ok u cna have great breakfast in nice cafe starting deom 5 euros for brunch

riad is really good - very close to the aquare even a parking lot is 2 min walking and taxi are 3 min walking - safe to walk at night - the staff are very friendly the lafies at reception are really helpful- we tried the spa - it was excellent must try when in the riad excellent hamam and massage - the ladies zeina amd other one are very professional

A lot of rubish in front of the riad was really disgusting. People just use the street for their garbarge bin. Nobody cares The stuff could be more friendly. Instead of giving instructions. My personal experients of other riads was to feel like in a community. I coulnd feel the the spirit in this riad. I guss there is more potential

It is very clean, the cleaners come everyday and the service from restaurant and reception staff is amazing, they are super helpful and go out of their way to explain how things work, the room has aircon and works brilliantly!

The breakfast buffet needs some fresh ideas and products.

This Riad has a perfect location if you like to be close to the center of the city. It has a beautiful inner space with a spotless clean swimming pool. We where on a honeymoon and they prepared our room beautiful with flowers and candles. But the best part of the stay was the friendliness from the staff. All of them where very helpful and always tried to do the best, so that our stay would be memorable. Thank you all. Highly recommendable.

The breakfast was limited in selection and didn't always seem too fresh, especially the cold cuts and cheeses. The rooms could also benefit from the inclusion of mini-fridges to store and keep bottles of water cold.

The hotel is stunning and well maintained, the highlight being the downstairs seating area around the pool, a nice place to relax while it is too hot to walk around outside. Our room was a great size, with good air conditioning and was always thoroughly cleaned while we were out. The hotel is well located, being just a few minutes from the main street, with plenty of shops nearby. All the staff were really lovely, especially the two gentlemen usually manning the front desk. One of them was kind enough to walk us out to the main square on our first night since we didn't know our way around and it was dark.
