Everything!!! The staff were amazing, welcoming and friendly, great atmosphere which we loved From the moment we arrived, we were made feel so welcome. This little gem is not to be missed if you are visiting Marrakesh. Location is a 5 minute walk away from the main square. There is a lovely pool in the Riad, which was very refreshing after a day out. We didn't use the spa facilities, but we will when we come back next year. I can't recommend this Riad highly enough if you are visiting this beautiful country.

Mold in shower. Hotel Claimed that we had only booked for 2 adults even though our booking said that we booked for 2 adults and one child. This is a major problem with booking.com. Freezing hotel pool.

As a 4 star rated property, this is far from the truth. The facilities were dirty, bed sheets were not clean. The bathroom was falling to pieces, the shower head and the tap were coming off. There was a pungent smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. As it was too late and we didn’t have time to book another hotel, we stayed but barely slept.

The riad isn't for you if you can't walk up stairs (there's no lift facility). Even though the location is very good, if you're afraid of alleyways, this riad isn't for you as it's located within the narrow streets. Housekeeping doesn't change the sheets, they simply make the bed.

The riad location is good, very close to the main square in the Medina and close to pick-up locations for excursions. The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival and always available if you have questions. The riad has good massage options at a reasonable price. The rooms are very basic, so don't expect the usual hotel style room facilities.

The Riad is in an excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from the main tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, and the staff is extremely kind. A special mention to Hafsa, whose kindness and professionalism are outstanding.

Toilets are horrible and moldy. Need some updating. Floors in rooms are dirty and old to. Lights could be brighter as there’s not much natural light coming in.

I recently stayed at Riad Challa in July and was deeply dissatisfied with my experience. Firstly, our booking included breakfast, but days before our arrival, we were informed that it was not included, and we had to pay 7 euros per person each day. This was misleading as all other Riads in Marrakech included breakfast. We also booked a taxi pick-up from the airport. Our flight arrived at 7:15 pm, but the driver did not arrive until much later, after we had to contact him. His aggressive behavior and the receptionist’s unprofessional demeanor made us very uncomfortable. The room was not as advertised – it had a strong odor, missing wardrobe knobs, and dirty bedsheets with holes. The overall condition was substandard. In the evenings, we wanted to use the pool, but it was dirty, and we were unexpectedly told it closed at 8 pm, information that was not provided during check-in. The breakfast was also a letdown. At 7:30 am, there was no juice, ants in the bread, cold sausages and eggs, and a malfunctioning coffee machine. Our departure was chaotic as the reception was empty and the front door was locked, leaving us unable to exit the hotel on time, causing us to miss our scheduled taxi. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend Riad Challa.

Excellent location safe to walk in Al Ftna square which was buzzing till late at night. breakfast buffet was wonderful offering freshly cooked omelates pastries etc. beautiful interior nice swimming pool. All of the staff were exceptional in help, friendliness lovely family atmosphere. The hamam and spa were fantastic and very good value for money in the Riad. Day Trips were amazing.
