No air con in the bathroom, hairdryer didn’t work. But otherwise we loved it.

The hotel reception staff were fantastic. Hafsa went above and beyond to look after us. Amazing level of service. This woman is a gem!

The lack of facility to store water bottles.

I liked the most how nice Amine and Hafsa were. They helped me a lot, giving me good advices. It wouldn’t have been the same without them. I also liked how well located the Riad was. It made it easy to go explore the city..

Breakfast options were limited. There are no food options but you can buy drinks like water and soft drinks

The Riad was very relaxing even though it was at the centre of town. It was located with lots of shops around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Hafsa, who made our stay very special. The building was beautiful especially at night with all the lights. They had great WiFi and we had Aircon. Room service was good. The terrace was lovely and well lit in the evening. Would definitely recommend

Room was a bit noisy very early in the morning, from the noise coming from the rooftop when they prepared tables for breakfast. They should be careful with this. I woke both nights at 6am because of these noises.

Amazing design and very beautiful hotel. The rooms had enough space and bathroom was good. Would definitely repeat. Great value-for-money hotel to stay in Marrakech. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

The access to the Riad is through a narrow maze of footpaths. I found this unsafe looking at first. However, it ended up feeling very safe and added to the Marrakesh character.

Amazing riad in Medina. Very unique, beautiful, cleanless and cozy. Very beautiful architecture, pool inside. Breakfast on the roof terrace. Very friendly young guy in the reception, he recommended Dar Dar bar and we liked it very much.

Breakfast was to be available from 7am-10am, by 8.30am most of it was gone and was never refilled/replaced. Most of the breads and cheeses were stale and hard and since all the hot food was gone, this was all that was left. The breakfast was the only real let down. The first room we were put in was very small, very cramped and tired. We requested a room change that was accommodated immediately. The room was basic but bigger and the bathroom more well equipped. The Riad was very noisy, sound travels throughout the entire Riad, talking, footsteps were disruptive throughout the entire stay.

Staff where great, very accommodating and happy to help with anything Location was perfect, close to all main attractions, walking distance to everything.

I think WhatsApp communication was not very in-time. Whoever behind the chat needs to understand that the guests do not always have internet outside of the hotel, and need in-time support and acknowledgement for decisions, which was not the case. It was minor issue but would be better if communication is more transparent and proactive.

The interior deco is really comforting. Love the pool, although it is not as heated as I would imagine. Room was OK, if the guests are quiet, the room is quiet, and they were during our stay. Breakfast is good, a range of variety, which is rare in Marrakech. Location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere you need to get to in Marrakech and quiet enough at night.
