What a fantastic place. The Riad was beautiful & very tranquil-the perfect retreat after a busy day/evening. We could not rate the staff highly enough. They were all attentive, polite & accommodating at all times. It was a wonderful 3 night stay, thank you all 😊

Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts! The accommodation is super nice also, in a quieter part of the Meddina, really well kept and equipped with a special flair. The breakfast on the rooftop was great! Would definitely come back and recommend!

It is a traditional riad so this is not a criticism, but if you want complete privacy then go for one of the upstairs rooms. We loved being on the ground floor by the pool so not an issue for us

The rooms were comfortable as well as the different areas to sit and relax 3 terraces, snug area with open fire.

The Riad was a delight but what we believe made it exceptional was the staff. They were amazing nothing was too much trouble honestly if you stay there they all look after you so well. We loved our time In Marrakesh but may not return because the world is large do much to see but we regret not seeing the staff again. Well done Tony you have an amazing team .

The hosts were super kind and helpful and even showed us around the area outside of the riad a bit. Breakfast was delicious and with a nice view on the rooftop terrace.

I’m not sure where to start… from the moment we got picked up at the airport to the moment we were dropped off again, we had such an amazing experience. Every single member of staff were so helpful and chatty, all of them were willing to go above and beyond to help us. We had an excursion one day, so we were missing our breakfast, and as we were leaving the Riad, a bag with our name and a packed breakfast was waiting for us! We also loved the Riad cats- Hagrid and Bryan! Views from the terrace were amazing, we sat out every night of our stay and watched the sunset. The room was great, perfect for our needs and the bed was very comfortable. We were in such a good location for all of the main attractions of the Medina. We can’t recommend this Riad enough- it definitely made our holiday extra special!

Nothing really - I guess location wise it’s a little further out from some but that’s only a minor thing.

The staff made the stay - all really helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely - a great oasis away from the crowds.

Everything was perfect

The accomodation and staff (especially Mourad) is beyond amazing. Everything looked even prettier than in the pictures. Mourad was always available (in person or via whatsapp) for any questions and helped us out many times, from bringing us to a restaurant in the night or serving us fresh mint tea in the late evening (which was the best tea of our entire trip). The room was very clean and cozy, breakfast was fresh and delicious and we loved enjoying it on their beautiful terrace with the best Marrakesh views and the Atlas Mountains in the background. I highly recommend their airport shuttle, which we used both ways, it was really reliable. We are looking forward to our next trip and will come back for sure. Thank you for everything!

Great spot in the edge of the Medina. Very peaceful and only a 10 minute walk to the soucs and restaurants etc. all of the staff (especially Morad) are so helpful, polite and friendly. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommend for as a base to enjoy Marrakesh.

The location was not easy for me but this is where the staff in the riad came into their own. Got lost! Not a problem we will come to find you and escort you back to the riad.

The breakfast was nutritional and varied with omelet, yogourt, diced fresh fruit and different breads pastries each morning. Tea and coffee were provided free at any time on request. But it was the staff who made this property stand out from any previous I have stayed in. So respectful and caring and genuinely would do anything to help.

Location is a bit off the beaten path, but after familiarizing ourselves with the city we felt safe and comfortable.

Staff were incredibly accommodating, gracious, and helpful. Upon arrival at airport we were met by driver who dropped us off at the appropriate gate, and in turn met by host who accompanied us to Riad. We arrived quite early (long before check-in) and we were welcome to partake of full breakfast which was plentiful and delicious!) on the terrace prior to our room being readied. Orientation and directions to various sights by staff was clear and comprehensive. All in all, a great experience!

Can’t fault the service!

Riad Chameleon is a wonderful property. We had clear communication from Tony from the beginning, this felt really special. Riad itself is so beautiful. From the sunrise on the terrace to being surrounded by the white and blue architecture of the Riad. The lush green plants in the Riad, absolutely stunning! Our room was extremely spacious. The Riad itself is in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main square. Muhammed, Murad and Nordin(apologies if I spelt your names wrong) are extremely helpful and gave us clear instructions to find our way around the medina. We were welcome with a smile and the staff made sure we were well looked after.
