I hated the time they impose on the door. all the riads I've been to were open at night! I love the nightlife in Marrakech. I had to be inside the riad before one in the morning, because they closed the doors! I was disappointed. Marrakech comes alive at night and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it because of the limits

Mahmoud and Reda were exceptional. We loved hanging out with them and learning about Moroccan and Berber culture. They hooked us up with a gem of a guide, Moustafa, and we had the most amazing experiences and connection with these beautiful men.

The only bad thing is related to the toilet. Very bad smell came out every time we were flushing and in general need a restyle. For the price and the location, we can't complain.

The people working here were very nice. We showed up earlier, thinking to drop out backpack but they allowed us to check in straight away since our room was ready. They even left a tray with some breakfast for us, because we were leaving very early in the morning. The common spaces look amazing. Great terrace as well. The room was small, but we knew what we booked (it meant to be just one night).

Perfect position, in the Medina but in a quite street. They accepted to change the room as the first one was in the terrace and it was too cold. The room was big and very clean. Good breakfast.

Small thing - pretty embroidered sheets are a bit rough to sleep in. After a long day travel a welcome offer of water or tea would be nice while we were told to sit at a table. It appeared that priority was payment before we saw the room. Everything was superb so this is just feedback to make the rating even higher.

Such value for money. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The pick up from the airport is highly recommended and the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. A wonderful daily breakfast in the pretty courtyard.

The only thing is the bad wifi, very bad. Doesn’t work if you need to do some hour job or something like that. We needed to work so that was a bad thing, but is the only thing.

The stay was amazing, the place is really beautiful, clean, the staff is gently and help you with everything they can. The room is clean and comfortable. It’s in a good location, very near from the mean square. And finally very good price.

The lack of heating in the room (only equipment that gave heat but also light so at night it was difficult to get to sleep) . The prices of trips offered by the owners were extremely high

The only downside to the Riad was an awful smell that was coming from the pipes. This is not a criticism, it is simply a note for future visitors, specifically in the winter months. Bring warm pyjamas, as it gets cold at night.

Great location, very easy to reach the main square and other attractions. The staff were kind and helpful. Our room was on the top floor, by the terrace which was great to enjoy the fresh morning air when we woke up. The Riad offers plenty of warm blankets to keep you warm at night which was greatly appreciated. The provided breakfast was good, although repetitive after a few days. We chose to try a different traditional breakfast elsewhere on a couple of mornings.

The rooms are cold, no heating system or heating appliances provided, even if asked. If not for this I would have given a well deserved 10! Tip: the breakfast is good, but in a country with such tasty oranges it feel quite out of place to have served industrial juice...

The Riad is amazing. Clean and beautiful, with a great rooftop! The staff is very friendly and helpful with everyone, the breakfast is nice overall and the location is good.
