Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FinlandWhen we arrived nobody was waiting for us, so we couldn’t ask the questions we had about our stay and activities.
The location was perfect, easy walking distance to Jemaa el-Fna (main square and back). Property was easy accessible and comfortable.

SingaporeThere was a slight smell in the initial room we stayed in but otherwise it was an enjoyable stay
I really appreciate that the staff offered to make us breakfast earlier than the breakfast hours. The breakfast itself was really nice too. The rooms were comfy as well.

United KingdomI paid more to stay here as I stupidly thought there was a bar - it was a 'dry' bar. Shower was adequate enough but took 5 minutes to warm up so thought it wasn't working. Managed to wash my long hair so all good. I would prefer a key to the front door for access but there was never an issue getting in.
Lovely hosts - the man i could just give a big cuddle to! Spoke English and French. Got a complimentary beautiful pot of tea on arrival and also when I requested one! Breakfast was amazing (and I'm fussy!). Great location. Room was blackout at night and no outside noise so perfect. Very clean, lovely, comfy large room. Gorgeous building and setting. Very pretty and relaxing atmosphere.

United KingdomWe emailed and asked to arrange pick up from airport especially since we will arrive late at night. Sent a few emails and messages. Riad confirmed will pick us up. But no one showed up when we got in late. Called the riad and was told to take a taxi from the airport instead. Not a problem to arrange own transport but they promised to pick us up. Breakfast was ,ok. We have stayed at another riad before and were offered more varieties.

United Kingdomsome low level background music would have been good in the communal areas and at breakfast the quiet could be a little to quiet .you instinctive creep and whisper trying not to make a noise.
staff did there best for me despite me not being Abel to speak either french nor Arabic. The location was between the Medina and Gueliz.

United KingdomLocation, arriving at night was scary, the taxi told us to find it up alleyways and left us. We were approached and told to pay the man leading us down alleyways. We did ask the hotel to arrange a taxi with our name and when the flight landed. This did not happen. Also, could not really use the pool, but the Rhiad is cute inside and the lady who cooks and cleans is very, very lovely. Very hospitable, pleasant people.
Very hospitable staff.

United KingdomThe property was right next in the souk markets down an alley so it could be quite intimidating for lone travellers or solo travellers - but once inside you do feel safe
The property was very cultured and the rooms were very unique and different to what we was expecting but it was nice to experience something new

FranceI would say the location is not ideal, it is very close to the city centre (10 minutes walk). The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy for female travellers. For men and couples is okay, but for female travellers I recommend checking out other areas.
The Riad is very beautiful and has a unique, Moroccan style. The staff is amazing, very friendly, hospitable, service is excellent. Breakfast was delicious.

United KingdomMy room itself was not sun facing so it did get extremely cold at night time, but a heater is provided so that's easily rectified, but I also visited in December so it is winter. The plumbing was blocked in my room so hopefully that will get fixed.
I adored everything about this riad. The staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, respectful and kind, especially the French speaking woman that works in the daytime and the man that works throughout the nighttime. Despite the language barrier, communication was easily made and understood with the use of Google translate. The breakfast was always tasty, even outside of the official serving hours. The rooms were cleaned daily and the riad itself is extremely stylish. I would rebook here, and also recommend here. Lovely rooftop terrace too.

United KingdomNothing much considering the location , facilities and price.
A traditional Riad, well located just inside city walls. Full of character and just what we wanted to experience the real marrakech. Lovely roof terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. Rooms were atmospheric, plenty of space, comfortable bed and large bathroom/shower. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Wonderful home cooked meals.
