The cleanless of the room was very poor. The bathrooms in the apartments were really too bad to use them.

The location makes it a little bit difficult to find but this was made better by staff s help.

Location made it quite difficult to find but once we contacted the patrons they were very helpful and arranged a taxi pick up for us. Miriam and zaineb were extremely helpful and welcoming and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast the following morning was good too so overall I would recommend this as a place to stay

    The best Riad in Tetouan

This is an amazing Riad tucked away in the Tétouan Medina with I would say some of the most unique architecture I’ve ever seen inside a Riad. Tall ceilings, mystical ambience, and a terrace with an amazing view of the city and sunset. Also, the staff is of the NICEST people I have ever met. 10/10 recommend.

The bathrooms need an update, but given the price and that they are well cleaned nothing else.

The place itself is beautiful and the people working there are very welcoming. I stayed in the budget double room, no windows so it could be a little stressful for some people. Having in mind the price, the location of the hotel, the terrace and salon and the nice people working there i would say it is a fairly good choice

A serene Riad in the heart of Tétouan's medina, featuring a lush courtyard, intricate tilework, and a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the Rif Mountains. A perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.

There was noise from the street at night, but that wasn't the fault of the proprietors. Internet access only on the entry reception floor.

A beautiful and elegant old family Riad in the heart of old Tetouan Medina. The staff were exceptionally sweet and helpful. The rooftop terrace was a special treat. Breakfast served by candlelight. Parking is in a safe garage about a 5 minute walk outside the old city. The staff generously helped us carry our luggage to and from.

There was nothing we didn't like. The bathroom, which was a bit basic, but everything worked and the shower was strong and hot.

The Riad Dalia is an exceptional place to stay. The building, over 400 years old, was once a family home, built around a central court with the structure supported by four columns. It is right in the Medina which was built by Moors and Jews expelled from Andalucia in the fifteenth century. The architecture is authentic and wonderful. The staff were wonderful too! They were very friendly and very helpful, always there when you needed them. Breakfast was a delightful mix of eggs, honey, jam, olives, bread, buns and crêpes, with as much coffee as you wanted. There was no pressure and the whole atmosphere was calm and relaxed. They also played some interesting music. You can sit up on the roof and look over the medina and the kasbah.
