We loved our stay in Dar Afram, we were looked after so well by Sadia, she always ensured that everything was okay! Very comfortable room in the Riad, fantastic breakfast every morning! This Riad is the best place I’ve ever been in my life! Super clean and very well located . Sadia ( I hope the name is correct ) is the best host ever , she is there to help you anytime, she is so sweet ! The amazing breakfast served in The terrace was making my day !

Bathroom wasn't ensuite or particularly spacious, but otherwise absolutely fine.

The breakfast was good if you like the sweeter continental style. Easy to spend hours on the roof terrace. The staff is friendly and attentive. Excellent location in medina and close to the main square.

Saying goodbye to Sadiya.

Sadiya was such a great help..making early breakfast so we could meet our transport, arranging porter, directions to shops and restaurants..always ready to assist. Unlike our other breakfasts, there was a little variety at Afram...that was nice. Her helper (didn't get name) was also cheerful and diligent.

Everything was truly amazing! The host was absolutely lovely. I had requested birthday decorations for my sisters birthday and when we arrived late at night she welcomed us with snacks and tea and had organized a whole event and cake for my sisters birthday. They are very responsive in our questions and the rooms are great. Very traditional. Would definitely recommend to anyone! I am truly very satisfied.

Funky owner that can make you laugh, lovely staff, nice accommodation overall! Great location - practically in the heart of the Old Town, but slightly hidden from the main buzzy street in the nighttime. I felt welcome wholeheartedly from the moment I got in. Lady poured me a traditional tea and offered homemade biscuits. The owner is a musician with some creative history, so the place has got a great vibe! Staff was very flexible with times to serve breakfast, my bed was made every day (sooooo nice!), room tidied up. I felt really taken care of after some long days out. I slept like a baby every night.

The room had a private bathroom, which was super clean and beautiful, but i had to go through a hallway to get to it, the same hallway that gets other guests to the patio and rooftop, which was a bit inconvenient. But i perfectly understand that there’s nothing they can do about it since the building is designed that way. It’s worth mentioning it’s only applicable to the room in which i was staying at.

The staff were among the nicest people i have ever encountered. Polite and patient, smiling and welcoming, polite and serving. If i go back to this hotel it’s going to be the because of the wonderful staff. The room was clean and tidy, and the wifi was excellent.
