The arrangement for the taxi pick up was excellent, private air conditioned vehicle. Enjoyed our stay, clean and well taken care of riad. Housekeeping and meals were outstanding. 5 stars overall, will definitely be back.

A beautifully designed, very peaceful riad, offering everything you need for a stay within the Medina. The staff were super friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers for us and assisting with any queries we had. Food at the Riad was delicious. We had dinner on our arrival and breakfast included in our booking - they even provided a takeaway breakfast as we checked out rather early on our final day.

Everything was perfect, literally everything. When you enter the riad, it smells nice, clean and new. Every detail of it has been thought through. The rooms are new and modern. The staff is extremely attentive and kind. 100% the best riad I have been in Marrakech. I will come back for sure. It’s a must “stay” in the city.

We had a room next to the inner courtyard which, to be honest, can get a little noisy in the morning when people pass by or evening when people are welcomed to the riad, so that could have been better. The beds were less comfortable than I imagined. The pillows are quite hard, which, for me is fine, but for others less so. Value for money could be better imo, especially when comparing it with some other places in Morocco.

The service is extremely friendly, Jhamal is truly a life-saver and so enthusiastic! The inner courtyard is tranquil and very pleasant, albeit small. Everything is very clean and the breakfast served on the terrace is enjoyable.

Everything was perfect!

The Riad was beautifully decorated and clean. Loved the roof top restaurant where delicious breakfasts were served daily and we had supper on the first evening which was typically Moroccan and most welcome. The accommodation was easy walking distance from the main square . Nothing was too much trouble for the staff- loved the way our clean towels were prepared differently each day ❤️ We are happy to recommend this Riad - comfortable bed and pristine linen with a lovely en-suit.

It would have been nice if they have heating or some blankets in the rooftop during breakfast as it gets chilly in the morning (I went first week of February) and it was around 5 degrees

Loved everything about the riad! It is very much near to most places, the staff were lovely, my room was spotless and very cosy. It felt very homey and relaxing. Worth the money!

The isolation between the rooms. Unfortunately one night I had a neighbor next door that was quite loud.

The location is excellent. Be prepared to walk about 5 minutes as the street is not reachable by car. But You can have a porter to carry the luggage for a small amount of tips. The riad is clean and hidden in a small quiet safe alley. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their face. In general, i had a surprise experience staying at a riad and i'd definitely do it again in the future.

The location was perfect, the Riad was so clean it was also beautifully decorated, all of the staff were exceptional. The owner was very helpful advising on olaces to go and places to eat

We absolutely loved our stay at RIAD DAR BAYANE. The location is perfect for getting around the Medina, the room is lovely and very clean and the fresh flowers and the way the bed gets made everyday is such a lovely touch. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very attentive. We also booked a meal on arrival, and that gorgeous and such a perfect way to start our trip. Would highly recommend this RIAD.

Although I like the location, it can be a bit scary if you are traveling alone and coming back to the hotel after 11pm. The area is alone and dark.

I had a fantastic stay at Riad Dar Bayane in January! From the warm welcome with mint tea to the beautifully designed rooms, everything was perfect. The riad was cozy, spotless, and full of Moroccan charm. Breakfast was a delicious mix of fresh pastries, fruit, and homemade pancakes. Despite the winter season, the riad was warm and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, offering great recommendations and seamless service. A truly memorable experience—I can’t wait to return!

Not one single thing

It was simply amazing, right in the centre of it all, and yet we all felt like we had found paradise. The Riad was incredible, so clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the shower was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we would all go back. Marrakech is a crazy place. The food and people made it a new year to remember. We asked Mustapha recommendations for restaurants and a special place to see the new year in, and he did not disappoint. For New years year we spent it in an old place called nawama......bloody brilliant. Mustapha also organised a guided tour and would recommend this very knowledgeable. We also did a day trip to casablanca....well worth it......thank you Marrakech, you were a blast

The WLAN is a bit weak.

Everything was just perfect. Beautiful Riad. Clean and comfy room. Most comfortable bed during our 3 weeks in Morocco. Breakfast is served on the roof top terrace with a nice view. Also the roof top is well furnished which has not been the case in many other Riads we stayed in a similar price range. For the colder months (we‘ve stayed here in January)… the heating works very well. Even the bathroom has a towel heater.

We had the best stay, honestly the most warm and welcoming staff we’ve ever met. They organised an affordable airport transfer and they went above and beyond in carrying our very large suitcases up a very narrow flight of stairs to the third floor. They also served us breakfast very early in the morning so that we could make our tour. The staff really made our stay, so genuine and kind, treating you like their own family. The Riad itself is literally in the center of the Marrakech, you cannot be any closer to the main square. Despite being so close, it’s also surprising quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean and modern and everything was just superb. We cannot think of a better place to stay when visiting Marrakech.

perfect location, easy and fast to walk to all the important places, you feel safe around that area. the staff was exceptionally kind, always happy to help and gave great recommendations and did everything that our stay went as smoothly as possible. The food was great too, they offered us lunch when we arrived, best Tagine we had in our entire stay in Marrakesh, and also they made us breakfast even outside of normal breakfast time.

Before we booked, I was reading the reviews on here thinking, can it be this good? Who is this Moustapha guy and is he as great as they say he is? Well, I’m glad to report that he is in fact the real deal! He was kind, attentive and more than happy to accommodate any need we had. We messaged him before check-in, and he quickly helped organize an seamless early morning private transfer from the airport. He also organized a great breakfast spread on arrival, took the time to sit down with us to discuss all our plans and then laid out a map to mark his recommendations based on our interests. The entire staff are the same, always greeting you with a warm smile. The riad is very clean and well-styled with modern decor. It is cozy and comfortable with only a few rooms. They also have a nice rooftop and lounge beds on the second floor to relax. The riad itself is overall very nice, but it’s truly the people who make the place shine at Riad Dar Bayane.
