Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. PolandAbsolutely nothing, we lover everything.
The best riad in the whole Morocco. 100% worth a little higher price than other, also nice accommodation around. Very clean, very well decorated. Riad has a beautiful, well maintained terrace and separate restaurant area. Staff is super nice and helpful. It was the best decision I made during my 4 visits in Morocco. Very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in the heart of Medina. For me it’s 11/10 and I rarely give 10. Thank you and see you next time!!!!! Definitely!!!!!!

Everything was perfect, starting from the communication with the host, the location, the appearance and cleanliness of the riad. The host and the staff are incredibly kind, wonderful people, always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone, and the next time I come, I will definitely stay here again.

United KingdomThe hot water boiler took forever to reboil, the 2nd person will always need to wait for at least 40mins till you can have a proper hot shower.
The location was superb, you are minutes to the main square. We were able to choose between two rooms when we arrived and we picked the rooftop room and did not disaapointed. It felt like a little private roof top to us during the after when you can sit outside and relax for awhile till the sun goes down.

Perfect location perfect hosts, everything was so clean and they couldn’t do enough for you. They even came to the taxi to me to make sure we could find the Riad as you can’t directly drive outside it. Breakfast was phenomenal. The room we stayed was downstairs, if I stay again I would definitely go to one of the upstairs rooms. They look lovely as they out onto their gorgeous roof Terrace.

GreeceIf you plan to stay in Marrakesh, Riad Dar En-Nawat is the place to choose. Our hosts were more than friendly and willing to help us at any time. We felt very comfortable like being at home. The breakfast was great and more than enough to keep you full through out the morning. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The Riad is located very close to the main square and really easy to find. Thank you Khalid, Abdu, Pierre and Mohamed for the pleasant stay. Hope to see you again.

United KingdomWe cannot recommend this riad more! A perfect location and an authentic experience from start to finish. The attention to detail is amazing, the riad is beautifully decorated, and the terrace is peaceful. An oasis. Mohammed and Khalid were incredibly friendly and hospitable, and would do anything to make us feel welcome. They were very quick to get in touch and at hand to give advice when we arrived, including where to go and what to avoid. The bed was super comfortable and the riad is in a quiet location for how close it is to the main square. Absolutely perfect, 10/10. 👌

GermanyThe bathroom was a bit small. Sometimes it felt too cramped. Also, the room was a bit too dark. You couldn’t always open the windows because people outside could see into the room.
The location of the riad was very nice, yet still very quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially when we had complaints or were dissatisfied with something; they were always there to assist. We got to know Abdul and Mohamed in particular, therefore a big thank you to both of them. We are really glad to have met them both, such warm people.

Breakfast was excellent and the location was amazing just 5 minutes to Jemaa El Fna. The Riad is clean and quiet, it has a welcoming peaceful atmosphere. I want to talk about the manager Khaled and the owner as well, they are extraordinary people. My mother who was the guest, on her third night, my mom got very sick and had stomach problems, vomiting, and pain, so Khaled took my mother to the emergency room and made sure she was doing fine. When they returned to riad, the owner waited at the door to check if my mom was good. Khaled made a warm Zaatar drink for Mom so that she felt better. They treated her as family. I am so glad and pleased to have chosen Riad Dar En Nawat, amazing place, location, food, atmosphere, and above all amazing staff who have the human touch. Thank you so much to the owner, Khaled, Abd Essadek, and everyone working at the riad.

United KingdomNothing to complain about- there were so many positives from the experience I cannot think of any bad experiences we had. Only negative is that we did not stay long enough!
Completely surpassed the expectations we had! I had read the reviews beforehand and kept seeing comments on how kind, friendly, and hospitable Khalid was. Once you arrive and experience the kindness and hospitality of all the staff, you will realise why the comments say this. Mohammed and Abdul were also amazing! I had travelled with my wife and toddler and we were made to feel like family staying there. We were all blown away by the beauty of this Riad and the rich history behind it. The room was clean and comfortable, having everything to meet our needs and was cleaned daily- important when you have a toddler you are changing nappies for. The breakfast was all homemade- some of the best food we've had on our travels honestly. We loved the roof terrace and spent some afternoons just chilling here and reading. Khalid was always attentive towards us and our baby. My location of the Riad is ideal as it is close to the main square with lots of great markets to shop around. Overall we were so pleased with our experience. We hope to return to Morocco insha'Allah and stay with Khalid once again!

Location was very good. Short walk to the main square. The staff was great. They really went out of their way to make our stay nice. They helped us coordinate a day trip to the mountains, arranged taxis for us, and took care of our laundry. Breakfast was served on a charming garden terrace on the roof. Cool African art.

The Riad itself is very central and about a 5min walk away from the main square. Should I ever go back to Marrakech, this will definately be my place to stay.
