Beautiful Riad, Moroccan decor so pretty, great location, Ayoub on reception so helpful he arranged a driver to safely take us and pick from the market! Breakfast was lovely would highly recommend for family.

It is a little noisy when there are people in the centre courtyard area, as our room was directly next to it but that can’t really be helped and we were very tired from our days exploring so it was never really an issue!

We loved our stay at Abelia Suites, the staff were amazing and so so helpful. The breakfast was very good and we even got a room upgrade to a slightly larger room which was great! The location was about a 15/20 minute walk to the main square, it is a little out of the tourist area and more in with the locals but we enjoyed that.

I felt the breakfast was a letdown after reading such amazing reviews about it and I wish there was a bigger selection of foods to choose from but that might just be my taste! I also didn't enjoy the surrounding area of the hotel as once we left the hotel we felt unsafe and unwelcome by the locals. All taxis had to be paid with cash which turned out inconvenient most of the time so I wish there was another system for this provided by the hotel. We wished there was a cash point nearby too as the closest one was in the center and we felt this was of inconvenience which isn't the hotel's fault its just something to think about before staying here!

The staff was amazing and so attentive to all our needs. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the center or a 100Dirham taxi which wasn't too bad and all taxis were booked conveniently by the receptionist at our hotel. Our room was cleaned and topped up every day which was lovely coming back to a clean room. The fountain in the main area of the hotel was beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here however with a group of people or if you have traveled to Morocco before and know some of the areas already being two young female travelers we struggled with the local area, although beautiful and amazing to see! We were very happy with our stay and want to thank Ayoubl for his kindness and great hospitality and customer service.

Quiet and peace are in every corner of this wonderful structure. The room was huge and well equipped, clean and comfortable. Service was very good - front desk particularly commendable. Great breakfast and very good evening meals, on the panoramic terrace.

We chose to eat in one evening. The cost is significantly higher (double+) than most local restaurants. Starters were good but the chicken in the tagline was tough to the point of inedibility. Desert (blancmange) was disappointing. The positive is that there are so many great, good value places to eat, for no more than £15 per head. A car to the airport is charged at €25, double the normal taxi rate, but certainly worth it on arrival so that you can find the riad!!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and keen to please. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfortable. As a location the Eastern Side of the old city is not the area most tourists stay, and although we enjoyed this some people might feel nervous about being away from westerners. The streets are busy, vibrant and narrow. Everything is within 30 minutes walk. We thought the price of the rooms was reasonable... Good value. We'd stay again!

INCREDIBLE SUITE! Super well decorated, super well equipped (There are air conditioning everywhere!) An office with computer and printer to work. A library with interesting books. Very nice kitchen, even if we didn't really use it. But it is well equipped for long stays. Television with hundreds of channels in all languages. But the icing on the cake is the private terrace which gives a magnificent view of the city! A perfect place to stay for a special occasion. The property is very very beautiful, Moroccan oriental decoration everywhere, it's really splendid. Special mention also to the staff! Ayoub & Mehdi are always smiling and do everything to make you feel comfortable and help you whatever the time or the request. I have never seen such nice and friendly people. We had a magical moment of relaxation in this Riad we will come back as soon as possible!

We only stayed here for one night but what a night! the room was spotless, the bed incredible, the shower was great this will sound funny but the flush on the toilet was brilliant you’ll see. A lovely hotel, extraordinarily clean, and very beautiful. All of the staff were quite efficient and helpful. Special thanks to Ayoub ! Breakfast was outstanding I needed taxis, dinner, including in room and the staff were all great. The location was a bit inconvenient to where I needed to be but I would come back.

Superb experience in this hotel - from entering to leaving. The room was large by Marrakesh standards and was extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had sound sleep. There are many nearby small restaurants and shops that offer fresh, delicious take away food options that we enjoyed in the beautiful terrace. The staff at the hotel are probably the most important reason for so many nice reviews. Nothing is too much trouble and they will welcome you home like family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great service in Marrakesh !

There were problems with the air conditioning. Of course you can never rely on tehnical stuff, and Ayoub tried everything he could to fix them, but at the end it was winter time in Morocco and 2 degrees celsius at night so it was really cold, the conditioning worked only in 1 room, in the last day in 2 rooms. And the location the neighbourhood was quite sketchy and a little bit scary as well.

The extremely helpful staff - thanks to Ayoub!! He is the nicest person in the whole world. Helped with every problem we had, always was there in the property when we needed him, gave the city map and showed all the beautiful attractions and places to eat, he even walked us to the meeting point of the taxi on the last day to make sure we got there safely. It was really really nice. The every day cleaning was also really good, and the breakfast was really delicious and really fulling. And the apartment was bigger than expected and we didnt know we had 2 terraces!

The staff is too welcoming and kind. We liked the food, each dish is delicious and well served. The riad was so quiet and calm, really relaxing. We haven't needed any car to go shop. We'll certainly return to this same place for a longer stay. Thank you Ayoub and all the staff for your services.

The hotel is near the city centre, it has got a very nice and particular design. the staff is very kind and always ready to help you. The rooms are very big, they are worth the price. Breakfast is excellent. Now that I have experienced it myself, I can understand the very positive reviews

A beautiful and authentic building. We had excellent breakfasts every day and one evening meal in the hotel which we chose in the morning from a large selection of dishes and was cooked specially for us, it was really good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Ayoub who looked after us so well with directions, recommendations and the airport shuttle.
