First night, first time in Morroco!

The location in the old Kasbah was authentic and convenient. Youssan was a most gracious, attentive host. Breakfast was very good. Photos of Riad were accurate. Most of all we felt genuinely welcomed on our first night in Morocco, arriving late evening to bustling Marrakesh. The private airport transfer arranged by Youssan was affordable and reliable.

This Riad was the best stay on our Morocco trip. Cosy and stylish, very clean and comfortable. The owners are young and friendly guys, taking care of you like you were at home. The cleaning ladies even made our room on the second day, which was the only time it ever happened on our whole trip. The location is easy and just a 15 min walk from the centre.

We enjoyed our stay and lived through the authentic Marrakech Riad experience, we had quadruple room for our family which was good size. Riad is conveniently located in Kasbah locality of old city Medina - we able to visit all attractions within 20 minutes of walk. Top Location and place gives the real sense of community around. Food shops around are very good and inexpensive compared to square.

Wonderful riad in the kasbah of Marrakech, a short walking distance from the medina. I loved the decor of the riad and the kindness and care of the host. He was very responsive and sent us information on how to reach the location, what to see in Marrakech, and where to eat. We had nice chats over mint tea and he really made us feel welcome and among friends.

Nothing could have been better, just make sure you take photos of the route to the Riad as it is located down a narrow alley.

The service was excellent with a personal touch. The host was kind and very helpful and the atmosphere was authentic and friendly. The shared inner courtyard enabled guests from different cultures to mix and chat which was lovely. The Riad was spotlessly clean and the breakfast delicious. I would highly recommend this for an authentic Moroccan experience.

My worst experience with Booking so far: not recommended at all.

The only thing worth mentioning about this accommodation is the two people who run it (Yunes and the cook girl), who are absolutely lovely. The facilities leave a lot to be desired. The common area is nice, but some of the rooms (not all) are in terrible condition, with a tiny and extremely old bathroom (photos attached). The owner is a disgrace and completely unprofessional. During our stay, it rained one afternoon/evening, and the triple room where I was sleeping with my two young children started leaking in several places. When we arrived at the Riad, there were already water stains and damp patches, and all of our clothes and shoes that were in one corner (as the room had no wardrobes) were soaked. A reading book was completely ruined. Despite multiple messages and calls to the owner Simo (including photos and a video of the leaks), he didn't bother to answer the phone or offer any explanation or apology. Yunes eventually moved us, in the middle of the night (2:00 am), to another room for two people (there were three of us), where we stayed for the rest of our time there. The owner still hasn’t had the decency to show his face. Now that I’ve returned from my trip, I will begin legal proceedings to demand compensation for the damages caused. The Riad definitely does not deserve its current rating on Booking. It’s more like a shabby guesthouse in Europe for which you shouldn’t be paying more than 300 dirhams (30 euros) a night.

The Riad it's very cute and the staff was very welcoming and available to help. The breakfast was delicious and big. I had an amazing massage for a fair price! There are also very flexible with the check out, which was very helpful for our plans. However some points were disappointing: it was told us that the breakfast was available only from 8.30 but actually the day after already at 7.45 there were people having breakfast. Anyway 8.30 to start serving breakfast it's quite late. In the room there wasn't a place where to leave clothes..no drawer/shelf, only a hanger. There was light coming in early morning from the side of the room door since it's not sealed. The bathroom in the picture was not the one we had in the room. The bathroom it's way too small. You basically have shower on the toilet. I choose the place because in the description there was a hamman option but actually the hammam the first day in the evening was said that it takes too long to heat up and suggested to use it the day after, however the day after in the morning was told that it's not available and only massage it's possible. I would for sure not call the room a 'luxury' triple room.
