Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsIt's a bit noisy. Not from the outside, but from the inside from the patio. So you are a bit dependent on the other guests on how quiet it is during a siesta or at night. But other than that, it was just perfect!
A truely beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. The staff was very kind, and made you feel welcome right away. The Riad itself is amazing. Beautifully decorated and in mint condition. Atmosphere was relaxed, and the breakfast was very good.

United StatesIt didn't bother me at all, but noise travel here. We were the ones that stayed up later than everyone else so I hope our talking didn't bother anyone.
Staff is so nice! Place is clean and beautiful! Staff respond very quickly. I love the location because it was right by the market and other touristy area. I contacted the property days before arriving because I had a rental car and needed to know the best place to park. They gave 2 options and I went to the first one. I was looking for a parking lot, but it wasn't. It was street parking and it was a cheaper option than the other one, which was a parking lot. I texted the riad and the staff member was so nice. He came out to meet me. He spoke to the parking guy and it turned out it was full. So we had to go to the lot that charged by the hour. He helped us with our luggage. It was not a far walk to the riad.

United KingdomI really can't think of anything that I didn't like.
Breakfast was good. The Riad was pretty and comfortable. We were greeted with hot mint tea and biscuits after a very long journey. Our room was nice, clean and the shower water hot. There was a very nice view of the mountains and old medina from the roof. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

IrelandIt was a bit noisy in the mornings but this is to be expected in Riads due to their layout. Didn't bother us as we are early risers and I had earplugs.
Great location and hosts are lovely. Good value for the quality. It was spotless. Breakfast was also lovely. Would recommend.

United KingdomJust needed a prayer mat in the room, though I suspect if I asked I would have been given one. Perhaps one could be offered on arrival? Adding in vegan biscuits to the arrival tea would have been excellent. However these are small things which didn't have a big impact.
The breakfast was outstanding, after speaking with staff to clear up a miscommunication, my dietary needs were catered for. There was no idea of a set amount - it was as much as you need. Staff were happy to bring more of what was needed. The arrival tea was lovely. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and responsive to queries in the moment. The room was lovely - clean and comfortable, with extras like tissue but also essentials like lovely towels. The bathroom was small but that was due to the room we choose (Jasmine Room) - however it had a great view out on to the terrace. The place is located near a main shopping street and you can get to other places easily. We had a bad experience with parking but this was due to a parking attendant, and nothing to do with the Riad.

ThailandEverything since the moment we stepped in to this riad, everything was perfectly arranged to welcome us. The riad staff went beyond extra miles to assist us and ensured we would have a pleasant stay in Rabat. We were given the rooftop room which had lots of space to accommodate two luggages. Room was super clean. I highly recommend everyone who visits Rabat to stay at this riad.

NorwayNothing about this Riad was not to like!
I don’t know if it was the Riad or the staff that made this an amazing stay. Above expectations. The host, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but what a wonderful man. It felt as he was my uncle and not just a staff of a Riad. He served us tee and sweets, and welcomed us warmly. The room was beautiful, super clean and no problem with hot water. We also enjoyed the rooftop, and the common area. Had a breakfast in the morning, with great hospitality, and variety of choice. There’s walking distance to many great activities. And the parking was only 4min walk from the Riad, only 30dh.

United StatesThis Riad is wonderful to their guests and very helpful. Small clean and cozy! When we first arrived our tummies were rather upset and they were so helpful in offering us something that agreed with us more. They make a great boiled egg! Abdou was quite honestly the nicest person we met on our whole trip, he was so helpful with everything even after we left. He helped arrange drivers in other cities, guides, he walked us to get a cab to the train station. All of which was extraordinarily helpful, since I was traveling with my mom who had just turned 70 and was having trouble walking. Honestly they went above and beyond!
