The minibar should be hidden elsewhere in the room. Shower pressure was low.

Everything: location, decoration, staff owner. Breakfast could have more options and variety.

This stay was for us one of the best accommodation experience we have ever had. The decoration of the Riad is very impressive, all the staff members were extremely nice and open. We experienced the natural hospitality which can be the reference in the service business. The great example to follow. Before the trip the communication with Riad was perfect. Thank you Meriem! We also booked a one day trip to Atlas Mountains via Riad. It was great as well. We were driven and guided by Ahmed. Fantastic tour! We will come back :)

The little things that make a traveler's life more pleasant were missing like bottles of water, tea in the room or good quality of cosmetics.

Charming, historical riad full of artefacts, photographs and climatic furniture. The pool was very nice with a dinning area around. We liked the roof terrace with flowers and romantic view of Marrakesh. it was a pleasure to have hammam ritual in the spa. Location was fantastic.

A gem of a riad located near the Spice Souk and the nicest part of the Medina. The owner and his staff were exceptional. The onsite hamman was excellent and much better value than the ones in the Medina.

The interior design is very appealing, we love it! And, everyone was very helpful at any time. The riad has a great terrace to spend time and also watch the sunset. We also tried hammam & massage service, it was very clean and the personnel provided a good service. Overall, we are so happy with our experience.

We loved everything. But the staff was one of a kind. Very, very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, but I would recommend anyone who stays at this riad to order a dinner. Tajines, soup and those little cheese triangles - fantastic.

The pool which is located in the basement, looks beautiful & inviting but I would feel shy & self-conscious using it as it is located in the middle of breakfast room & near kitchen. This would be resolved when new pool is created on the roof-top terrace.... I would be the first one to jump in.

Fantastic staff throughout our stay who were exceptional in making our stay enjoyable & comfortable. The owners Jean Claude & Susana regularly mingled with the guests ensuring all comfort needs met. Great breakfast with selection of Morrocan bread and freshly squeezed orange juice to kickstart the day. This prepared us for a day full of sightseeing & shopping. The roof top terrace is our favourite spot for the views of Atlas mountains & Marrakech. It's a great spacious place to chill out & relax at any time of the day or evening. It is idyllic spot for both sun worshippers and those enjoying sun shade. We enjoyed our dinner on the terrace on the evening when our flight arrived late. It would be extra special when the roof-top bar & pool are completed. We would highly recommend this Riad for the warmth of service & hospitality from all the staff.

I asked for some tea and I was unable to finish it as they retired the kettle. I am sure it was just a missunderstanding, but I would have prefered to finish all the tea. Remember to mention before breakfast time if you have special food needs.

It is a beautiful place with typical Moroccan decoration, with two living rooms with a fire place, terrace and swimming pool. A lot of stairs but they do have accomodation suitable for elder people. The owner introduced himself and all the people working at the Riad are super nice. Make sure to get a Hammam bath and relaxing massage! I checked out early morning and the team made accomodations for me to have breakfast before leaving to the train station.

We could not open the room windows to allow fresh air to come in. They were blocked.

Great location in the middle of the Medina, yet quiet and serene. I loved the decoration and the way the staff took care of all of our needs. They went out of the way to help us. Despite the fact that the hotel was full, it was quiet and there was enough space. The roof terrace is wonderful with plenty of deckchairs, chairs and tables and a wonderful view over the city and the High Atlas.

Some noise from the neighbours, but out of control of the Riad. Wasn't really an issue

Riad Dar Saad is positioned perfectly within the old town providing easy walking options to all the sites - It also provides a surprisingly quiet escape from the hustle/bustle of the city, which we availed of in the afternoons before heading out again for dinner. Lots of quiet nooks to relax/read a book - also the huge rooftop area (where we also came across some curious pet turtles roaming around). Breakfast was great every morning, tending to local as well as international tastes. Jean-Claude, Suzanne, Marwan and the rest of the gang really went out of there way to make us feel at home... no, feel like old friends. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.

There was a choice of breakfast items and it was all delicious and fresh. The Riad has a Hammam and I booked the Berber Experience which included cleansing and full body massage. This was a wonderful experience and very good value for money - I can highly recommend it. The staff were very good at organising taxis to meet us at the train station and take us to the airport on departure. All costs were clearly conveyed to us.

the room didn’t come with a bottled water for the stay (our stay in a different riad had this which I thought was a great touch) - however you can purchase them from the riad for 1 euro or at a shop nearby for slightly cheaper.

A beautiful space with spacious rooms and bathroom (we booked a junior suite). the location of the riad is not far from the main road yet still within walking distance to the souks and mains square which was convenient. Also very close to the Jardin secret and cafe/food options.
