Everything about the Riad was good from the host, facilities, to the location. Nice and quiet and steps away from the hustle. Use google to find for your first time then after that it’s easy.

The lovely lady running this Riad welcomed me with tea and cookies. She also organised a taxi for me, including a person carrying my luggage to it. Shukran! Beautiful room and courtyard

Breakfast each morning was fine - pain au chocolat, fresh bread, msemen, jams, amlou, laughing cow, coffee. It could have been improved by a little variation some days but still there was nothing wrong with what was provided.

My room was excellent - very comfortable & very clean. There was an AC / Heating unit which I did not need to use. The location of the riad is perfect - a few minutes walk from the main square down streets that felt very safe, even late at night. Staff were friendly, helpful. Large roof terrace which allowed for quietness & space even when it was occupied by a few different guests.

The hot water in the shower was tricky to regulate. They have some serious hot water here.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was well designed and clean. The location is amazing. It's very centrally located, but still in a quiet area. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Nice little Riad, good location, comfortable (firm) bed, clean room, pleasant staff, breakfast simple but ok. Hot coffee! Lovely roof terrace, one of the better ones we've seen. Enjoyed our stay, would go again.

The shower was very problematic. Sometimes doesn’t stop flowing. Sometimes no hot water and sometimes very hot. Also the shower place didn’t have boundaries so it floods all water on the floor

Location wise this great riad. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast also included variety of items. Although it’s nearby markets, the room was noise free. Room decoration is very attractive. Bathroom is well spacious as well.

Be aware that your room isn't noise-insulated, but all the rooms open into the private courtyard, so there is no street-noise. The terrace is peaceful, but does not have a view. I don't think most terraces outside of the main square do, so it's not a problem at all. The entrance is very safe, but that means you must knock to enter whenever you come back to the riad.

The location was fantastic and the courtyard was beautiful. The room was fairly large with two small beds and a couch. The shower was hot and extra towels and blankets were provided. Sunrise breakfast on the terrace was fantastic. The area was quiet and AC/heating was available in the room. Wi-Fi was fast. The location is literally perfect--quiet but right next to all the places worth seeing in Marrakech.

We came at 1:15pm but the room wasn't ready. We had to wait another 10 minutes. No big deal, considering the other good things. They allowed us to keep luggage at 10am. The Raid is on a small lane, so keep GPS handy for the first time. Shower head was a bit leaky.

My stay at the hotel was great overall, but one area for improvement would be the showers. The curtains weren’t long enough, so water would leak out from the bottom, creating a large puddle every time I showered. It would be great if this could be addressed to make the experience even better for future guests.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! I loved the traditional Moroccan decor in the room—it felt authentic and charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower always had hot water, which was great. The breakfast, though simple, was very tasty, and the staff’s attention was outstanding—always friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

The staff were lovely . I was met with mint tea and cookies and when I had to leave early in the morning before the designated breakfast time I was given an orange juice and pastry to go . The location is excellent. Right in the medina and very close to Jemaa el Fnaa and Tinsmith Square. My room was large with adorable windows that opened into the courtyard and bathroom was clean and had no smell . The Riad was also the first I stayed in that had a real open roofed courtyard. The roof terrace was very comfortable too .
