Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaAlthough the room was a decently sized in terms of overall area, it was rather rectangular with very little space between the edges of the bed and the wall-this is a minor thing for me though it could be an issue for some people who tend to swing their legs towards the bed edge while getting up.
Convenient location within easy walking distance to Jamal El Fna square and the main sightseeing places in the medina. The property is tastefully done with clean rooms and a beautiful central courtyard which is also artistically decorated with everyday objects giving it a homely feel. The rooftop terrace is also splendidly done with sofas and lounge chairs for relaxing; the highest perch affords a magnificent view of the snow capped High Atlas on clear days. The best part is the extremely helpful and welcoming staff especially the charming and enthusiastic Wahib who greeted us at the parking, helped us with our bags and also used his contacts to help us buy some home made cookies saving us the bother of finding our way through the confusing medina lanes.

PortugalThe terrace was not ready for use (no pillows on the couches), wifi signal was too weak, there was a desk in the room but it wasn't comfortable.
Location was very good (within walking distance from main attractions), flexibility of staff (e.g. organizing taxis / breakfast outside hours), staff 24h available

United KingdomWe liked everything!
The on-site manager Wahib made us feel welcome and was always on hand to help out with any problem or answer any question. He could not have been more helpful and it was in large part due to him that our stay was so successful. The other staff were also courteous, friendly and helpful. Ten out of ten. The breakfasts were tasty and we enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace.

RomaniaDuring my stay 100EURO's have dissappeared from my wallet, which was in the room, while we were out in the town.I don't blame no one, maybe i got it stolen somewhere else, but i dont think so. All i want to highlight is that make sure to hide your wallets here and your money, perhaps put it in the safe in the room,i wasn't very careful with my goods and this happened, this applies to all Morocco. Breakfast is very rich in carbohydrates and sugar,i would recommend them to switch to some proteins as well and fats, it is very tasty but after my trip i needed a week of sugar and carb detoxification. I recommend this riad but take care on your goods.
The staff is amazing, the hospitality indeed exceeded all my expectations, I'm very thankful to Mr.Superman, he made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is in a good location,it is clean,it is very comfortable and nice.

ItalyOur stay at the riad in Marrakech was wonderful. It was perfectly located—close to everything but still quiet and cozy. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. A special thanks to Wahib for his kindness and hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

RomaniaWould be nicer if the breakfast could be adjusted a little bit or let's say diversified : an egg, salami, cheese whatever. Now is more oriented to sweet breakfast (pancakes, gem, honey). For the cold season, the AC is not enough and is very noisy over the night - I suggest to go for an electrical radiator which is noiseless and more efficient. In my room there was no hot water on the sink but wasn't the case in the shower. So not a big problem. And for the main door, a system to open the door without ringing on the bell and waiting for the host to open the door would be welcome. Is not that our friend did not open in time, we never waited more then 10 seconds, but we felt a little bit awkward (or better said uncomfortable) to come late in the night and put someone to open the door for us. Maybe wasn't the right time for it and wasn't clean so this could be not relevant, but the roof jacuzzi did not seem to be something to get into it :D
Nice place, friendly and helpful host, good location, close to Jemaa el-Fna but still away from the noisy and crowded streets, a mini store is very close (30m away) where you can buy a bottle of water with aprox 6 MAD (60 cents) and is opened until late in the night, very close to a parking place where you can reach with the car or cab (100-150m away) so you don't have to search too much for the place, and the place was clean.

SerbiaManagement should consider adapting the breakfast menu for guests staying longer than a week. Although breakfast was delicious and tasty, I think I'll be avoiding crepes, jam, and other sweet stuff for a while. :)
The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Medina, just a five-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Our host, Ouahib, is the most hospitable person I have ever met. He provided us with his mobile phone number and made himself available 24 hours a day. He was eager to meet our needs and responded to all our inquiries immediately. When the ladies in the kitchen were unavailable, he even prepared an early breakfast for us. The room was exceptionally clean, featuring a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.

United KingdomThere wasn’t much to dislike. Just minor areas of improvement: 1) some bedroom/bathroom slippers would be quite useful to have 2) wouldve appreciated toothpaste in the toilet 3) printing boarding passes for the guests would be super useful (although you can easily get it cone from medina too)
It is located in a quiet neighbourhood yet so close to all the important places. We really slept for 12 hours all three days because there was absolutely no noise. The staff whispers all the time and so the guests are also super considerate.

United StatesTwin size room felt a little small, but not an issue since the riad has plenty of places (semi private) to sit. Great option for two friends traveling together
I felt very taken care of! Staying at Riad des Trois Palais made our two days in Marrakech phenomenal. The staff (Ouhib) met us in the square and walked us to the riad so we didn’t have to go looking for it. Good wifi. They accommodated our breakfast request for omeletes and fruit. Very attentive. Ouhib helped us plan each day and even offered to show us to the gym. He made countless calls on our behalf, like a full concierge in one. Truly an example of hospitality!! Having breakfast on the roof the second day was awesome!!

Really nice Riad in the heart of the Medina. Lovely traditional features and excellent roof top terrace... Staff were very helpful, especially Ouahib who went out of his way to help, even arranging a cab to pick us up and making us coffee at 4.30am before leaving

PortugalOne suggestion would be to direct the air conditioning in the room towards the bed.
This riad is very comfortable and quiet. It’s small, which means it doesn’t get crowded with guests, making it easy for a family or group to rent all the rooms. It’s conveniently located near several tourist attractions. Hassna and Ouahib are incredible hosts, making guests feel at ease and assisting in any way they can. The breakfast, lovingly served by Hassna, features typical Moroccan fare: coffee, tea, orange juice, jams, toast, cake, crepes, and yogurt. For digital nomads or remote workers, this riad is excellent. It has plenty of power outlets scattered around, including on the terrace, allowing you to work in the shade with electricity and comfortable seating. The place is super quiet, with no noise from motorcycles, which is common in Morocco. If you have any questions or need anything in advance, contact Ouahib and Hassna—they will be happy to help.
