Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere was a small bit of confusion with the payment at the end- this was easily resolved though!
We had such a lovely stay here. My friend and I were arriving on separate flights- we booked transfers through the riad and both went smoothly. The taxi drops you off and you are met by a local (arranged by riad) to help transfer luggage across the square to the riad. Brahim welcomed us and served our dinner. He was a wonderful host! We didn't get the names of other staff but they were all lovely. Rooms were spotless. We had arranged dinner for the night for our arrival and it was very tasty. Wine, beers, water etc are available to purchase. The cushions on roof terrace furniture had been put away due to rain but staff were happy to set these up when the sun was shining again. We were leaving at 7am and we were able to have breakfast before we left. It would be hard to find on your own the first time, but this isn't uncommo for a riad. Once you know where it is, it is very simple. It's extremely close to djemma. Price and quality ration is brilliant- would happily stay here again! I had lots of questions before our arrival and the communication with the riad was always great.

RomaniaWe really enjoyed this Riad. Highly recommended it.
Amazing location, right in the Market, only 2 steps from Djmaa. Very quiet at night so we had great rest. The rooms are wonderful and we enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very attendive, the cleaning service was the best part of it, arranging all our products and clothes, always finding the room sparkling was such a big plus. I rate it 10/10

ItalyEverything is perfect, the place at the end was easy to find because it's near the big square (I suggest the transfer from the airport to Riad, well organized), the staff was really friendly and they take care of you, the room was a little tiny but was good, breakfast is good, I have nothing to complain

GermanyWe had two rooms and the bed in one of them was a bit uncomfortable. We had to knock the door to get in, but maybe this is customary in Marrakech. The pool didn't look super inviting (not super clean). The upper terrace looked a bit abandoned, I wish we could have spent time there.
You'll get mint tea when you arrive, since you'll have to fill some personal data for the authorities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing!! close to the markets and great restaurants with affordable price. It was very easy to find once we had help the first time (we hired the airport shuttle). Breakfast is same as in other Riads in Marrakech. Our rooms were very clean.

GermanyThe only thing would be the leaking air conditioner, which will surely be used in the hotter. months. An humidity and heat could cause mold to grow.
Nice Riad in center of the Oldtown. Clean room. In my room was no night table (no place beside the bed), but you could put staff a the place at the inside place at the window. Even if you leave the window open at night, I don't think someone would steal you phone, because it's a small private Riad and there is also a grid in front of the window. For me it worked perfectly. I left the windows open to get fresh air, as the air conditioner has leaks some water at the wall. After 3 night without air conditioner the wall was dry again. For me it worked in June as it wasn't this hot as in July and August. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and has a window as also a ventilator (if light is on) to get the humidity from showering out. There is also some wooden ladder (not really a ladder 😉) to put clothes or wet towels on to dry. Soap to wash hands is also available. There are multiple possible to put clothes an hanger, on some kind of tree wardrobe. There is even some maroccain table and chairs in the roon to have i.e. authentic feeling at having tea. Sockets a near bed and in bathroom. The Riad has 2 pools, one was filled and both courts are possibilities to sit (chairs, sofas, tables). Breakfast in the court area was ok (a lot of marmelade and honey). 2 teracces to relax in the evening etc. The staff was really nice. Yassine No. 1 (night shift guy) met me, where the by the Riad organisized transfer by car ended and on the way to the Riad he gave me first tips and advices about Marrakech. Arrived in the Riad I got some fresh green tea combined with mint, whe managed the financial stuff, I had a really nice conversation with Yassine and ge gave me more suggestions where to go, what to do (and also where not to go or what nit to do 😉). He speaks also English and French and we had some really good conversations also on my other days there. On day time there a 3 really nice ladies, which make. breakfast and the rooms.
