The only thing I can think of is the terrace room that was extremely hot while dining (partly due to the humidity from the rain). It would be nice to have had air conditioning or some openings.

The riad is in an excellent location, in the heart of the medina, but on a main street. All attractions are fairly close and the road allows you to get there easily. The riad itself is out of this world! It is a historical mansion with many amazing details from mosaic, plaster and wood work to incredible furniture The riad is very quiet, only a few rooms and there is enough space to feel you are on your own. Breakfast was excellent and with good variety (every day was different) and dinner was also excellent (although we missed the under the stars experience because it rained both nights we had dinner there). We had a hamman and massage experience and it was superb! (More than 2 hours, we could not believe that!) Service was very good, especially Anna who really tries very, very hard and looks after everything. Also, Hamid, Anouar, Tatta were always ready to help us. The spa ladies: Bouchra and Dounia were just fantastic! And the food that Anna mentioned comes feom Mama Fatima too!

Nothing, I can't think of anything that I did not like. Everything worked out well. Perfect for our relaxing vacation and cultural adventure.

Everything was AMAZING.... I'm not just saying that.... It really was amazing. From the delicious food, to the zealous service, to the beautiful decor I can't say enough good things about this place. The manager was very helpful, very thoughtful and very friendly. She helped us arrange tours through the Medina, which was awesome, and gave us recommendations on what to see in Fez. She really helped make our first visit to Morocco memorable.

1 .Breakfast was overall good, however they advertise halal, American or vegetarian breakfast options, but no options were actually given, breakfast was just served. Also, no fruit at breakfast, unless especially asked for. This was a bit strange to us, given that Morocco has plenty of local fruits. 2. Mattress were uncomfortable and extremely thin.

We stayed at this riad for our 3 day vacation in Fes. The road is conveniently located and provides great amenities. Check in experience was smooth, Ibtissam, our host was great at communicating and always happy to assist with any needs prior to and during our stay. The interiors and the rooms of riad are beautifully decorated and has a great terrace area for beautiful 360 view of Fes and also serves as great breakfast/dining area. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you and share recommendations in Fes or near by town. They also help you connecting with local tour guide or transportation. Finally they also have in home hamam and massage options. We would love to come back to this riad for our future Fes trip. Highly recommend!

The entrance of the hotel is not easy to find, and not easy to access and carry luggage, however the personnel from the hotel help carrying the baggage everytime possible.

The interior of the building is stunning! rooms are incredible, taking you to back in time but with luxury and comfort. However the best is the service, Anna, the manager/concierge, she made the stay a complete pleasure, she helped us in every single aspect we needed from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, which was very early in the morning (5 AM), she had our breakfast and driver ready and on time. She offered nicely all the services available at the hotel.

The rooms were gorgeous- they were in the style of the old city of Fes, with Mosaics, stained glass windows, high ceilings, stunning furniture! Ibtisam (our host) was welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, she was readily available to attend to our needs and arranged a complimentary tour of the old city with an excellent guide! I can not say enough how great our experience was!

I had a couple of issues with the restaurant. The first morning I went for breakfast at the time it was supposed to start, but no staff was there. I returned 20 minutes later, and staff was there to serve me. However, I then waited 20 minutes for my food to be brought out. I had to reschedule the start time of my morning tour, because I was still waiting for breakfast when the tour was supposed to start. I ate dinner in the riad restaurant one night as well. I ordered the royal couscous with chicken. The chicken breast was overcooked and dry. The vegetables were overcooked and mushy.

This riad feels more like a living museum than a hotel. It is beautifully restored and furnished with authentic antiques. Great location in the heart of the medina with ATM's, restaurants, cafes, and the major sights just steps away. Attentive staff. Comfortable rooms that retain their authenticity while providing modern amenities like AC, luxury shower, and flat screen TV.

Wanted a bath, but the plug hole mechanism didn't work. And the location of the shower head in relation to the shower screen meant the room got a bit wet when showering.

Breakfast on the roof was magical. A huge spread of delicious foods and an enchanting view of the city's roof tops. It's also by far the most ornate place I've stayed. My eyes were so busy looking at all the details on every corner. The staff Anna and Hamid were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to deal with our requests and to make our honeymoon as special as possible.
