The location was amazing… right in the heart of the Old City. The Riad Flamme D’Orient was authentic - woke every morning to the sound of birdsong. And the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Special mention for Fatah and Zainab who did everything they could to make our stay at this Riad, and indeed our time in Marrakech as fun and as special as it was.

The staff were great and very helpful, the riad is beautiful and the location is perfect. The only thing I would say is the hamaam/massage wasn't great, it was very rushed and an hour past when we booked, and the girls stayed in the room on tiktok on their phones while my friend had her massage so that sort of ruined the ambience Stunning riad and great staff though!

The hotel is in an alleyway with no visible signs. Noise isolation from outside the room was bad.

Hamza was very helpful and welcoming. Many attractions are reachable within walking distance.

We went last January and It can be very cold at night and early morning, we would love it more if there are heaters in the rooftop for breakfast or dinner.

The riad was vibrant and staffs are warm and friendly. It is easily found using a map and we felt safe all throughout our trip!

Too bad my Moroccan friend wasn't welcome to stay in this Riad because of some unspecified Moroccan Riad rules. So I'd to book my friend last minute another place to stay, what made my stay less welcome. These Moroccan Riad rules didn't apply in other Riads we stayed, so they made their own rules!

The whole admosphere of the property is nice. The room is comfy.

My room was in a different building having to walk down the street for reception or breakfast. The main building looks better than the one I stayed. Not sure why I was allocated in a different building.

Staff absolutely amazing. Zac who did the check in explained everything to detail. Everyone in reception and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The sweet smell in the building were noticeable and the room were very clean. 5 stars to the staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location very close to the main square

The bedroom was very small and had absolutely nowhere to put your clothes, no coat hangers or hooks or drawers, just 2 shelves with things on. Although I did have things I wanted to hang, it was fine for 2 nights as we hadn't brought much, but if we had been staying longer it would have been annoying. The "pool" was in the centre of the reception area and was more of a water feature, rather than a swimming pool as it appeared in the advertising.

The location is perfect for the Medina, although the little passage to get to it was a bit run down, but it is typical of the Medina. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast

Only downsides: no TV, I blame myself for not checking; luckily they had wifi, so we could be on our phones. But sometimes watching a show or news helps to unwind. The breakfast is very lacking. No protein whatsoever. The breakfast staff doesn't give you have info or choices. You get whatever they want. The consistency of what they were giving made no sense. Some people got salad, others not. Some people got three kinds of bread, others not. I don't eat bread, and really needed some protein, so I ended up having to eat elsewhere. Even an egg would have been helpful. The shower is small, and the bathroom is tiny in general and lacking much 'luxury'. Not enough space for one person to brush teeth or place a toothbrush on the sink. And the sink wasn't draining.

This Riad was great! The location was perfect for getting to know the busy and confusing Medina in Marrakesh. Tons of restaurants, easy walking distance to all major sites, easy to reach tour guides, etc. Has a great Morrocan vibe and beautiful interior. The staff was SO nice! So helpful, really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and helped with any extras we needed. Overall we enjoyed the stay and it was great for a 4 day trip!

I felt like the staff were a little pushy when trying to sell you things like the massages/hammam which are way overpriced compared to everywhere else in the city, I was quoted double what I actually paid and that was with a 15% discount being offered. However, I would say this is similar to everything in the city, but it was as soon as I arrived, which for me put a bit of a downer on it.

The staff were very friendly and they cleaned the room every single day of the stay. The location was also fantastic as it was a 30-second walk from the central hub of Marakesh

The rooms are basic and small. The shower is small. Cars cannot enter the market after noon. So cabs must drop you off at the entrance and then you must walk a good distance to the Riad and down a narrow alley.

Pretty Riad in a central location and walking distance to the markets. Staff was warm and welcoming. Great hospitality and always willing to assist in any way.

Very noisy as all rooms face the internal patio and some guests come late and are noisy. The toilet had a very strong smell. Initially I thought it was paint but probably a disinfectant or something but not nice.

Riad was super centric, in the medina. It was small but cozy, clean and charming. I loved it. Breakfast upstairs was great too! Staff very helpful.

A little hard to find from address given, it's off another street (rue) and down a long alley. A description and more detailed directions in the booking info would have been helpful.

Lovely place in a great location, air con good, shower good, nice ambiance and decor. Staff were very accomodating. Would like to have stayed there for our last 2 nights but they are fully booked. Breakfast was good.
