IndonesiaThe location is very near to the souk and jemma el fna. Easy to get taxi from nearby parking lot too. The riad smells so good, room was clean, but what so exceptional was the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, it really felt like coming back home after a long day. Will definitely be back!

United KingdomIt’s extremely overpriced for the value for money . The rooms were are noisy you can everything happing in other rooms and doors opening and closing at odd times . No doors to toilets and the toilet seat was loose and not secured to floor causing sewage smell sometimes coming from toilet. There is iron and no fridge ( iron supplied on request was dirty ). Tho mourad was extremely helpful in sorting out iron and wash . The internet was very poor . The sauna / jacuzzi needs 4 hour advance notice prior to use which made it pointless addition that’s included but very hard to plan to use it .
The location is amazing. Close to many main attractions. The staff were extremely good and very friendly. Maurad . Malika Noor Aldine and Mohammed amin . The house keepers were very pleasant. Food home cooked and delicious tho over priced a bit . The breakfast was delicious but repetitive all thru the week and quantities were limited of you ask for more you may not get it !! The beds were extremely comfortable and very clean Towels charged daily The shampoos were excellent. Advice to shop around for excursions thoughtfully.

United StatesThe woman manager of the hotel was quiet the opposite and wasn't helpful. She upsold us on tours compared to quotes we got from others and dismissed our concerns when we asked for the jacuzzi to be turned on so that water wouldn't be cold for our toddler. If it wasn't for Mourad, we would have changed Riads based on our experience with her.
Mourad was so helpful and made us feel welcome our entire stay. He was so accommodating, helped us with getting taxis early morning to the airport and even customized breakfast options for our toddler. The Riad was clean and size of the deluxe room was perfect for 3 people.

United KingdomVery small rooms, tiny shower, toilet with a curtain as a door/separator and rooftop pool is pointless (small and dirty) with no view at all. WiFi is different for each floor of the hotel but they don’t tell you that so when you get into bed, you realise the WiFi isn’t working but there are no phones in the room to call and ask reception! They tell you the next day, but for a one night stay, that doesn’t really work!

Estoniatoo high price for the rather basic hotel. extra charge for paying by card - information states that this is applied for credit cards, but actually the hotel charges extra on paying with any card. So there is misleading information in booking.com and also at the hotel. Internet is not working properly. I had to ask to reboot the router several times. Also when it works it is not good enough for zoom calls. Room was clean, but there had been water leakage in the ceiling which had not been repaired/overpainted - not sth you expect when you pay close to 200 EUR per night. Rooms are not soundproof so if someone is having sex next door you definitely hear them.
