Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Excellent riad! Located right in the heart of the medina but on the outskirts, which is ideal because it's only a 3-minute walk to the city walls (where most excursions gather). Also, right at the entrance/exit of the medina where the riad is located, there are three large parking lots if you're traveling by car (bargaining for parking is intense, around 30-40 dirhams/3-4 euros per day). To the main square and the mosque, it's about a 10-15 minute walk. We had no trouble finding the alley where the riad is situated, and despite the narrow streets, our GPS led us there without any issues. We always felt completely safe, even when returning at night in the dark. A big shoutout to the guys working at the riad! Extremely courteous, always ready to help with whatever you need. On days when we went on excursions early, they would pack us a takeaway breakfast :) What earns them the highest praise is the fact that we were there during an earthquake, and that same night, we slept safely at the riad. Thanks again to the guys for calmly handling the situation with us, despite the condition of their own homes, and making our stay at the riad secure.

United KingdomWhen we arrived we were welcomed by a host, who was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was very quiet although it was located on the ground floor right by the lounge area. Everything was clean and the whole riad was really beautiful. Breakfast was amazing too. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back : ))

FranceIt's the second time we stay in this riad, and honestly if in the future we come back to Marrakech, we will choose this one again, no doubt! The entire team is fantastic. Great breakfast, big, clean and well decorated room, beautiful patio and terrace. And Badr again, was the most amazing guy we met in our trip to Morocco...always available to make our stay the best and always available to help with anything. At the arrival they offer is a big bottle of fresh water, a simple gesture that meant a lot, giving the temperature. We recommende it over and over again. Thank you!

FranceEverything!! The riad was very clean, had a great breakfast, with a beautiful terrace and a room with AC. The guy who host us, Badr, was really the nicest, kindest, helpful person we could wish for. Without him, our stay in Marrakech woudn't be so great. On a future trip to Marrakech, we will definitely choose this riad again. 5 stars!

FranceMe and my partner had a lovely stay here – so good that we have already been a second time. The hotel is well located, but still quiet as it’s away from the busy squares/streets. The rooms are beautiful, but what we enjoyed most of all were how friendly and accommodating the staff are. Thank you to Badr and his lovely team for making us feel so welcome. We highly recommend them.

NetherlandsNothing. Everything was perfect!
We can only tell amazing things about Riad Inaka. From the beautiful decoration to the personal. The breakfast is prepared with care and everything is well looked after. Besides that, we was fortunate to meet the owner, Radhija (I hope I spelled it right). She suggested us to go to their other location in Ben Haddou, and it was one of the best experience of our lives. Also Ayoub and Badr, who work in reception, are great guys and very helpful all the time. Thank you all for having us.

PortugalThe breakfast could include some fruits and the shower could have a little bit more water pressure.
The location is very good, quite close to the medina. We were very well received by everyone. The breakfast was nice and the bedrooms were clean and spacious. Excellent price-quality ratio, I recommend!

ItalyThere was no spa in the terrace, only a room for massages.
The riad is beautiful. Located just outside the medina, the neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible by car (there's a parking at 50m from the riad) and bus. The staff is super nice, they are very helpful and willing to satisfy every need (e.g. we asked for a early breakfast one day and they prepared it for us with any problem). The room was very comfortable and super clean, and - despite the hot weather - we didn't suffer during the night cause it was well ventilated (anyway, there was the aircon in the room, but we didn't have to switch it on). The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, plus the staff gave us all the extras we asked for (extra coffee, bread, jam...). I loved my stay and I'll recommend to anyone.

Czech Republicone thing though and that’s the pressure in the shower, it was sooo bad I wasn’t even able to wash my hair, but that’s not a big deal, we really liked it here
it was the best riad in Morocco throughout our vacay! really nice riad, staff was amazing - our friend was feeling sick one day and they asked us many times about her, if she wants something, any pills or tea because shops were closed (Sunday), thank you very much for that! it was nice and clean, breakfast really good.

First of all, I want to say that there is no better place to stay in Marrakesh than Riad Inaka. The place was impeccable in evereything aspect. It was super clean, beautiful in the traditional ways of Morocco, it had both a outdoor and indoor terrace which were wonderful and where you could have the amazing breakfast. The room was very spacious and with everthing you need for your stay in Morocco. Everything was great but the host was out of this world, she really was amazing!!! I am coming back to this Riad mainly because of her.

GermanyWhen standing in front of the house, you do not expect what awaits you on the inside. The house is beautiful! The inner court is just as beautiful as is shown in the pictures. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. I'll glady come again and can absolutely recommend staying here. A hint for other travelers arriving with their own car: Please be aware that you cannot drive to and park at the house since it is located in an old Kasbah that is not accessable by car. However, there is a private parking space close to the house, just 5 minutes walking distance. We paid 50 dirhams for one night but only because we didn't know what to expect. It should actually be more like 20 dirhams per night. The parking is located on the opposite side of the street of a gate called "Bab Ksiba". Put that into Google Maps and you will see "Big Private Parking Outside Kasbah" opposite of that. That 's where you can park the car.
