Lovely Riad at very quiet location close to bahia palace. Very easy to communicate with the booking person on whatsapp who even offer me a free breakfast when I check in earlier. Very friendly staffs: emer, fatimah, walik, all very nice and helpful. Walik even walk me to the taxi. Emer and fatimah made me really nice omelette. thank you so much. Lovely roof top terrace for breakfast with swing and sofas to sunbath.

The phone number listed for the Riad contact (owner?) did not work-- it had been disconnected. This person also did not respond to emails after we arrived, though they had responded previously. One of the staff gave us his own personal number to use in case we had trouble finding the Riad on our first day out and about.

Cozy, beautiful room in a beautiful riad. The staff were gracious and helpful at all times. Wonderful breakfast, and the location couldn't be beat!

I really liked the hotel’s location. It was close to local markets, charming cafés, and great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area on foot. A special mention to Vahid who was very helpful in guiding us around the area, recommending great local spots, and always making sure we had everything I needed. His friendly and approachable attitude made a big difference, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. His assistance made my experience even better, and I truly appreciated his efforts.

The rooms did not have a lot of light, but that is always the case when staying in Riads :)

Cozy riad in the heart of the city center, but in a quiet street so perfect for resting at night. The staff was the bert part of our trip, they were helpful and very nice. They have a cute rooftop when you are served breakfast every day, which was excellent!

My friend and I loved our stay here! The staff are wonderful, Mounim and Walid are extremely willing to help with anything you need. The housekeeping deserves a special shout out. After our first night they moved us into a larger room without any problem. After the second night they left our room meticulously clean and organized, I don't think I've ever had a room cleaning that thorough. The location is also perfect, it's right in the old medina but inside the riad it's quiet. Would definitely come back here!

The Riad is very cozy and family style (I guess like a traditional local family house). All the furniture and fixtures are the traditional style, which we like very much. We arrived late but the host (we forgot to ask for his name) was waiting for us with a well-prepared room. In the morning, another host (Oualid) upgraded our room to a bigger one for free. We enjoyed the stay. For anyone considering this property, I would also recommend to use their pickup service from the airport. Their fee is very reasonable.

Breakfast is from 8 till 11, but eating at 8 before an excursion proofed to be difficult. If this would be slightly improved the 9 would be turned into a 10.

We've had a great stay in Riad Jaime. This was our second Riad this holiday and we much preferred this one over our previous experience. The riad is clean, soundproof, and the people are very friendly. Walid and Mounim are excellent hosts, they make you feel welcome and ensure that you have the best experience possible. The Riad is situated at a great location for exploring the city, however, the street can get a little dodgy for women late at night with some youth hanging around in the street towards it. Then again this is more of a Marrakesh problem in general. All in all weve had an excellent stay and can strongly recommend this Riad!!

Everything was great in the Riad. The rooms were modern, everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious and most importantly the welcoming staff. From the beginning to the end I loved my stay there. A special thanks goes to Moneim who I had a long late night conversation there.
