Well maintained Riad, we had an amazing time. The receptionists were super polite. We even ordered food at 10pm and they made it super fast and delivered to our room. Loved the breakfast as well.

I think the price is an issue. We felt it is bit pricey. We wanted to extend our stay. But the high cost didn’t help. Specially if it is a family of four.

Relaxing place. Friendly staff attentive. Feel like you in a proper farm. Rich breakfast buffet lot of freshly cooked food lovely atmosphere well decorated. We liked it.

Beautiful property with a fabulous heated pool. The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to provide the best stay. The pet dogs were a lovely addition. The room was huge!

Slow service in the restaurant Staff are friendly and polite but forgetful of the small requests and needed multiple reminders Windows in some rooms can’t be locked as the handles are broken.

The gardens are well maintained The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The dogs are friendly. Whole property is visually stunning and a feast to the eyes

This was the second time we were at riad Jawad. The place is an oasis... So beautiful.. so peaceful. So friendly and warm staff, always helpful and happy. Beautiful accomodation. This place is a hidden gem. We will definitely come back! Thank you Nacer and Zineb!

Breakfast option wasn't great, dinner service very slow, it took over 2.5 hours for our dinner to be served, which resulted in half of it being sent back. The team were apologetic but it did put a dampner on our evening.

Property is like a paradise, beautiful well maintained gardens, lots of seating areas, great pool. The staff were very helpful, and the location is great - 20 minutes from airport and the same to Jaffa

Rooms could have a little pampering in some time, nothing major just looking over the carpets, window frames and tabletops would already be a big upgrade.

I was on vacation with my mom and we both loved this Riad. All the tropical green plants and out of town peace and quit. All staff was very friendly, helpful and took good care of us. We wanted a place that has relaxing environment and a great pool area. Bonus that this Riad has good eating place and we didn't have to worry about food every day. And our big love goes out to 3 sweet dogs that made this place feel more like home, we loved the company and they were really friendly to us. So if you are looking for a place in Marrakesh that is maybe a little outside of the busy city (20min by car) but like green and peaceful environment, then I can really recommend Riad Jawad.

I booked it for my husband and I and we looked online for other places but this one stood out the most and it did not disappoint. It was a very secluded and secure place . The moment we stepped in we was amazed on how everything looked magical and clean just as like the photos . The staff was very on hand with everything we needed. The chef particularly made this trip wholesome because the food was delicious and we couldn’t stop going the restaurant for every meal ! We had to personally thank him and applaud him for his efforts . Would defo visit again thank you to everyone ❤️

Sometimes the cats are pretty bold, they can jump on tables while folks are dining but the staff were also prompt to remove them

The beautiful and well kept gardens, the wonderful fruit smells that hits you as you arrive, I really enjoyed the varieties of fruit trees and the beauty and essence they bring to the garden.

The only caveat is that the planes take off, so sometimes is noisy.

We really enjoyed this Riad. Large and beautiful area, cozy rooms, delicious breakfast. I read earlier that there are problems with staff, but I didn’t notice this, you can always find staff and they help very quickly and bring what you need.
