Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomLeaving!!!
Location, breakfast, roof terrace and the riad itself. Sophie the host was also perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Even organised our airport transfer both ways which was a blessing as you wouldn't find the Riad without our driver Abdul who dropped us off at the top of the main rd where Sophie met us to walk the final 3 min to the Riad. The breakfast was a typical Morrocan breakfast which was amazing. You were also offered a choice of eggs. The omelette was superb as was my wife's scrambled egg. Certainly set you up for the morning before a light lunch. Felt very safe walking to and from the main square which is a 15min walk down the main road. The main square itself is full of local stalls and loads of restaurants which are certainly not overpriced. We ate out every night on our 4 night stay and starter, main course, soft drink(no alcohol in many restaurants) and tea/coffee came to £40 each night for the two of us. A lot of the cafes and all of the souks only accept cash which you have to get at the ATM machine as you can't get Dirhams in UK to take with you. Cards are accepted in bigger restaurants but always check before ordering Would recommend a guided walking tour round the souks, the hot air balloon ride and a trip to the Atlas mountains. All done through Get your Guide. Exceptional value for money. All in all a wonderful experience made by the fact we stayed in a wonderful Riad with a wonderful host.

New ZealandThe room on the top floor (roof) gets very poor wifi signal. I put my laptop next to the door (the only spot in the room I got signal) and wifi hotspotted to my phone. I'm pretty sure this is the only room that would have this problem, they just need another router
This is a beautiful, clean, light filled traditional Moroccan guesthouse. It's in the heart of the busy and touristy area, yet down a side alley where you can't hear a thing. The bathroom has soap, shampoo, tissues, hair dryer, multiple towels, and is large and clean with excellent pressure hot water. The bedroom is also very spacious with high ceilings, king bed with side tables and lamps, 3 extra blankets in the closet, clothes hangers, 4 outlets, a chair, window and books for reading. All linen and pillows smelled very clean. They provide real toilet paper, not the 1 ply cheap stuff you normally get and a mini bottle of water each day. The breakfast is excellent! Fresh fruit and yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs your way with local bap style bread (it's made each morning the next alley way over), Moroccon flat bread, a slice of cake, tea/ coffee. Condiments included jam butter honey and laughing cow cheese. They provide laundry service in-house for a good price, the roof is accessible and has loungers. The owner is always around to help and speaks multiple languages. They have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making sure guests are comfortable and happy here

United KingdomThere wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
From the airport pick up to airport drop off-off, everything was superb. The RIAD is in a great location and is spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Abdul was amazing, he looked after my daughter and I, gave advice on places to eat, visit and drink. Sophie has an incredible team at RIAD Kerdouss, and we are already planning our next trip.

BrazilWe were in love with the place! The architecture and the lovely patio garden inside is breathtaking! Not to mention the amazing terrace where we spend a few evenings enjoying the lovely weather! The place is very clean, well located and well decorated! We loved every single piece of art around the Riad. It was such a pleasant stay and the cherry on the top of the cake was Sophie's kindness in preparing take away breakfast bag for the 2 of us for 2 days as we had trips scheduled. Small gestures that make such a big difference and make us feel welcomed and at home! Thank you Sophie and Abdul for everything!

brilliant location near to Da Bacha palace. 2 minute walk to a convenient pick up drop off point when booking a taxi or guide. Near walking streets without loads of traffic/shops/souks and Secret garden Sophie has such great taste in decor, breakfast was very good. Sun terrace great for relaxing and plunge pool great for cooling off. Abdul was a sweetheart, he runs excursions, I would not hesitate to take a private tour with him if I had had more time in Marrakesh.
