Thank you, this was a very nice place to stay in Marrakech. The staff at the riad were extremely helpful, responsive and kind. We were received beautifully, treated with tea. The interior is wonderful. Breakfast was a traditional Moroccan breakfast. The riad also had the opportunity to use the SPA services, excellent transportation to the airport was arranged due to an early flight (for an additional fee). The riad is located further from the center, in a slightly more remote area of the center.

I slept on a single bed but that was due to booking last minute and availability

The building is close to 300 years old and some decades ago remodeled to a riad guesthouse. The architecture and decor takes you back in time. The are little birds chirping around and the staff treat you like family (actually better than my family). I had an exceptional experience. Karim is an amazing person! Very kind and he goes above and beyond to make sure you’re cared for.

Everything. The team were brilliant. If I could mark this 11/10 I would. Hoping to return to Morocco in February/March with family. This is top of the list to book. I just hope once I know dates, they have rooms.

Everything was good

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made sure we felt as if we were at home. The location was good and if you wanted to go anywhere farther, the staff were happy to help you get a cab. The room was really nice. We loved the fact that we were welcomed with tea and traditional Moroccan sweets. We stayed for three nights and the breakfast had something different every morning.

Sometimes it can get a little noisy during the night but that’s to be expected close to medina

The hotel staff were so hospitable, went above and beyond. Even took me to the cash point late at night on the first night. Great communication throughout stay and prior to arriving.

All the staff made a Very warm welcome from the moment we walked in the door. We arrived early & just wanted to drop the bags & head out, but we were shown around the property & given the room. During our 4night stay we throughly enjoyed 3 Delious meals, 2 Hamman + massages & a connection with the staff that felt as deep as a long friendship

We loved everything.

We loved everything about this Riad! Decorations were very nice, our room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable, the terrace was cozy, everything was super clean but the best part is - the staff! Lovely people who go out of their way to help you, so kind and polite! We even tried hamam for the first time in their spa and it was sooooo good! The location of the riad is 15-20 minutes walk from Place Jemaa el fna and most of the way you are walking through medina and you can find everything you could possibly need on your way to or from the city center. We will recommend this riad to all of our friends and family with pleasure!

Beautiful setting, comfy bed, excellent air con and fab hot shower Nice terraced area on the roof. Great staff - Mach and Karim were wonderful and helpful and so friendly. Organised for me to have a massage and 2 nights at the brilliant restaurant called Point Bar. The owner and Mach made sure that we were safe getting to and from the restaurant. Rooms were cleaned and spotless each day. Lovely Riad and lovely staff

This Riad is amazing from the moment you arrive to the time you leave the owner and staff are so attentive and genuinly happy to see you ..my comfort and wellbeing was all they cared about booking trips and making sure you have a great experience....would I stay here again most definitely

We liked everything about our stay. It's hard to say that there was anything bad to be honest. The area is very busy but so is everywhere in the Medina so it was fine.

All of the staff were super attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was air conditioned, clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and breakfast was always tasty and filling. Big thanks to all of the team who looked after us so well.

The staff were incredible! From the moment our booking was confirmed, they were helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt really safe staying here and were given their number in case we needed help at anytime which while not needed demonstrates their excellent commitment to customer service. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was delicious and served beautifully. Highly recommended.

1.The bathroom-WC/washroom had no seperate enclave with a seperate roof...hence,the smell of the WC was in the bedroom.....tbe batbroom had no privacy at all....tht was BAD 2.There was no TV in the room for private viewing....did not expect tht

The rooms could be a bit noisy due to traffic on the road. I think window glazing could fix the issue. Not sure if these cane be fixed due to period features of the Riyad

Staff hospitality. Excellent staff Hakim and Abdul all were excellent. Abdul sorted my Sim card taking me to the local phone shop. The Riyad is located in Medina but accessible by cars and Taxis which is a very plus point in Medina. Breakfast is served in the terrace or lobby. Good continental breakfast along with options for fried eggs etc

Everything about this Riad was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the breakfast that was included was lovely as well as very filling. The room we stayed in was clean with great water pressure. It was lovely sitting in the main area with the birds who seemed to love to visit everyday 💜 A tranquil oasis in the bustling Medina.

It would have been a lot better if we could pay for services (such as using the spa, our other meals etc) with our credit/debit cards. Everything is being charged in Euros, but can only be paid with DH. The WiFi is just pretty average and went off a few times, this could be better

The staff were really nice, especially Ahmed who was extremely helpful. The location was nice, easy to find. They were able to make breakfast arrangements for us even on days when we had to be up and about early. This was impressive
