Everything was perfect

The welcoming staff that were always willing to help you in anything you wanted or needed to make your stay in Marrakech be unique. Special mention to Ali for being such a great host and being always there when needed. The room where we stayed was perfect, comfy bed, AC, clean and everyday there was room service cleaning it and bringing new towels. I would totally come back to this Riad and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything! It was all so amazing, everyone who works there is the most friendly and hospitable person, who went out of their way’s to help us with all our needs. The location is extremely central. The rooms were lovely and very clean. And we loved the breakfast.

Horrible, Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!!! They took us to another hostel which we didn’t choose for… Very old, very dusty and at check out in the dawn the receptionist was very arrogant. He was sleeping on the couch at the reception and didn’t wake up when we called. So we should try to open the door on our way!

Everything was perfect!

Amazing staff who advices us about places to visit and where to eat! They told us many story around the beautiful culture! The position was perfectly central in the medina with lots of shops, restaurants and market nearby!

Don't accept credit card though Booking.com says they do. Withdrawed cash paying commission just for them. hot water supply seems not enough.

We arrived and there was the entrance closed and we had to wait someone to come. We stayed in the room in the ground floor and We found the bathroom not so clean, there was a used soap and no shower products. The curten of the shower was really dirty with moisture, and the sink was broken. The linen were not totally clean and the pillows really old. The bed was not comfortable and really hard like a piece of wood. There was a guy that was sleeping in the reception all the night and told us that the included Breakfast was from 7am as we had to leave around 8:15am. However in the morning the guy was still sleeping and we did not have breakfast… so we woke him up to ask at list water as they supposed to sell for 10Dhr but he told us that he finished water the day before… So we left the Riad without breakfasts. Really bad our feelings as there was not interest in our experience…

The Location was really good. Also the decor of the Riad, it was really authentic…

Excellent staff, very welcoming. We were feeling at home with them. Also, the riad is very close to La place Jamaa El-Fna, which is a must to visit in the night time. Very well located.

Everything was really good.

The staff was the best, they make you feel like in home and they are always very helpful. The bed was comfortable, the terrace is so lovely and quiet, the breakfast so delicious 😋 and the location so close to every place. I been there three days and after I just move another place in Morocco but in my way back to home I stayed for another night. I recommend a lot. I will back soon! Thanks for everything because be humble makes difference when we are traveling. Bunch of light Vitu!

The double ensuite room had a toilet and shower under the curtain, no separate bathroom, not even the door, just a shower curtain in front of the toilet in the room where you sleep. Same with the shower. Very strange.

It was a lovely place, just like the peolple that worked there. I was able to enjoy and vibe with the others guests. My family could also rest as well. I'm definetly going back there again . Recomend it a lot !!!!!!!!!
