Firstly the bathroom has no hygiene, no warm water, there is no privacy when you open the single small window inside the house. The worst is that the beds had no neat bedsheets which I consider mandatory. I think the guy is a gentleman but he needs to describe his property and his service for people to choose and their own rusks.

It was not as I expected, I thought it was cheaper because the location was far away from the centre. I stayed only one day due to I fell very ill after a very long traveling journey of about 23 hours.

The area and the building is super noisy and very close to a mosque, so I could barely get any proper sleep. Also no air conditioning was available. The owner also gave me the wrong room number and kept harassing me after the first night to move me into a different room. No shower gel and not even a towel was provided, so I had to ask for one. My room's door was missing the top section glass, it was just a hole, letting in every sound from outside. Overall it was a good price but that was the only positive thing about it. Could barely have any proper sleep or relaxation and could not wait to checkout and leave the place.

It was decently priced and the owners were helpful.

That I got robbed.

This guy is yet another thief. I can see booking.com do not properly vet properties. I'm locked in a dispute as I never stayed the night here because it was double booked. He tried to circumvent the issue by saying I can stay in the living room for free, which is not suitable, I booked a room for a reason. He is arguing it's booking.com's fault it happened and can't issue a refund, meanwhile booking.com are telling me he won't issue a refund and that he offered me an alternative which is unacceptable either way as I paid for a service that wasn't offered and a 'sleep on the couch in the living room' is not an alternative. I'm still waiting for booking.com to share the communication they've had with the host as I have mine via WhatsApp.

This charming and beautiful Riad is one of the best places I've stayed in Marrakech. Besides the beauty of the place, the young family that runs it will make you feel like part of their family, going out of their way to help you with anything you might need. In my case, Mohamed, the owner, went out at 1 a.m. to find a place to print my emergency plane ticket, which I had just purchased, as I wouldn’t have been able to board the plane in Marrakech otherwise. Located in the heart of the Medina, about a 20-minute walk from Djma El-Fna square, it's the perfect stroll to get to know the real life of the locals before diving into the hustle and bustle of the city center. Nearby, there are other squares and typical neighborhoods with restaurants and shops for locals where you're unlikely to find a tourist. In short, if you're looking for a beautiful place to stay and want to experience Maghrebi hospitality, this is the ideal spot.

I recently had a fantastic time at Riad Lokman. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The authentic atmosphere and stunning interior of the riad made my stay extra special. The staff, especially Mohammed, was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to offer advice or assistance when needed. One unique feature of Riad Lokman is the beautiful and original scent of oud, which you won't find in many other places. I highly recommend arranging transportation from the riad when coming from the airport. It is not only cheaper but also much better than a regular taxi or other transport options. I would definitely recommend Riad Lokman to anyone looking for an authentic and luxurious experience in this beautiful city. It was truly an outstanding riad!
