Beautiful Riad - the property was really clean, very calm and located in a great central location. The staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were great and mint tea was provided whenever we asked! Coline was really helpful with recommendations, Hicham was brilliant and made us feel at home!

We loved absolutely everything! For the last 100m to the riad you need to go through some small side alleys, which might feel a little bit intimidating at night.

Great experience and stay at the Riad CK Medina! Location is excellent! Centrally located in the medina of Marrakesh. The staff is extremely helpful, supportive and always up for a chat to see how you are dong. Rooftop gives the opportunity to enjoy the sun and just relax a little bit from the busyness.

I love that the property is located in the heart of Medina. Everything I booked was just a minute's walk from my riad, which was fantastic considering it was my first time in Marrakesh. The staff are kind and very helpful, especially Hicham, who ensured that our needs were met and made us feel comfortable. Coline is amazing; she was always available and quick to respond to any queries we had, assisting us with a few things we needed. Thank you! I will definitely be returning on my next visit, and I would highly recommend this place! 💯

Loved the location, situated in the medina. It wasn’t as hard to find as I thought it would be and based on stories of getting lost in the media etc. staff were super friendly and accommodating. Always came back to a clean room, new towels etc, they even range for us to check out late given we gave them slight late notice.

My husband and I spent 4 nights in Riad CK Medina and were absolutely pleased with our stay. We booked the taxi via Coline which I would recommend as the Medina can be quite overwhelming with all the alleyways especially if it’s your first time! Coline maintained great contact with us from the moment we made the booking and she even went out of her way to find last minute availability for Hammam for me! Would also like to give a special mention to Hicham who greeted us on our first night and was just very friendly and easy to chat to! The rest of the staff in the Riad were wonderful too! Rooms and breakfast were excellent and the location is very central to all the major tourist spots. I did a lot of research before booking this Riad so if you’re reading this, I’d say just go for it!

The room was a little small, however it was clean and had a beautifully kept bathroom and toilet and was everything that you needed!

The staff were incredible from beginning to end. They started by sending photos of how to locate the property which is a little tricky but totally doable. They met us with a warm smile and loads of information about the local area. They gave us a list of where to eat, sites to see and things to do. I cannot rate the staff more highly, they were absolutely incredible. Would definitely go back. ❤️

I stayed at the Riad CK Medina for four nights with my partner. The Riad centrally located in the Medina, was very well presented and included breakfast, which was great. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived on the first night and were escorted to a money exchange and dropped and collected from a restaurant, whilst we found our bearings. The owner Coline and staff, particularly Hicham, were terrific. The rooms were slightly small, but very comfortable and the overall experience more than made up for it. Great Riad and very sad to have left.

The host and staff in this Riad offered exceptional service. They arranged a taxi from the airport for us and ensured that a runner was there to meet our taxi and take us through the twisted streets in the medina where the property is. What an adventure! It is so cool staying in the Riad. It opens up to an oasis of chicness and comfort as your enter from the narrow corridor from the street through the magical black door! The host told us about the area and gave helpful tips and recommended restaurants. She made us feel safe to explore out and about and was sure to send pictures so we could find our way home too through the narrow "tunnel" like alleys. The Riad was spotless and lovely and peaceful, from the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed the small pool and had breakfast, the perfectly thought out rooms, and the reception area too. The owners attention to detail and customer service/guest satisfaction is absolutely faultless. 10/10

My friend and I stayed at this riad recently and everything exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely welcome with traditional mint tea. Coline was very helpful from the point of booking and throughout our stay, we were able to message her anytime we needed any help or information. The staff - Hisham and Medi were super polite and attentive. The en suite room was quiet, clean and cosy. We loved the breakfast on the rooftop too!
