Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomIt is poorly managed. Although Imane is there on site, she is an employee but no manager is there to monitor or responsible. Lots of tiny things that need to be improved which she has no authority over or training. For example in our room the bathroom door lock was broken, sink is blocked, shower leaks and there is unsafe electrical plug in the bathroom. Also at breakfast we were swarmed with (friendly) bees, which became a nuisance with children. The pool, being an outdoor pool, wasn’t filtered constantly so water became cloudy after a while. The water needs to be tested to add the right amount of chemicals. This is down to management who don’t give staff proper training. As all is cooked from fresh you have to expect a delay in food, but sometimes it was too long up to 1.30 hrs and once the tajine was burned. I shouldn’t have paid for it but I felt sorry for them. The hammam and spa have not got back to normal since Covid. This is a big shame as I was really looking forward to it. And the restaurant seating area downstairs were not open either. The pictures on booking of the rooms don’t reflect it, as we had no snacks or towels (we had to ask for them) and it is a bit run down. I hope the owners read this review to bring life back to it as it is a beautiful place and the staff are very hard working.
The location is wonderful, very serene and peaceful, away from the busy Marrakesh but still within reach. The rooms are very spacious and has a lot of character. The old Moroccan style takes you back into history, and a change from modern style hotels and properties. The two riads are beautiful , one on each side of the land, with a private Riad and a swimming pool in the middle. The staff, specifically Imane and Hanan and the cook, are sweethearts and nothing is too much to ask. I loved the fact we were welcome with our German shepherd. The aircon was a must for us to keep her cool. In the evenings she had a great time running around the ground. The breakfasts were delicious. We had a great time, despite the things that went wrong or mishaps. We met some lovely people there too. This place has so much potential and I would love to come back, but when it has had some attention from the owners.

United KingdomIt needs to improve on cleanliness. There was dust al around.
It is out of the city with beautiful views around it. On sight private parking was a bonus. There was a issue with the hot water which was resolved on the second day.

Morocco- There are some areas that require a little bit more cleaning - The food takes around 1 hour to 1h30 to be served - Sometimes you have to try and find the staff instead of them being available all the time - We have to arrive after 2 pm and leave before 12 midday (very little flexibility) - Last but not least, they only accept cash.
- The calm and relaxing atmosphere - The kind and helpful staff (Rabie especially) - The clean good quality food (Moroccan) - The clean swimming pool with some nice diverse music - The comfortable beds - Last but not least the pricing is very suitable for what they offer (do not expect more or less).
