All with good. The only point to consider is that the room is quite small, with no space for big suitcases (which was not our case), storing your clothes, bathroom products, etc.

Very good location, close to main attractions, still very quiet (at least the rooms in the ground floor, with no exterior windows). The staff is friendly and attentive. The room and facilities were clean, breakfast is good.

The warmth and kindness we were greeted with was exceptional. Our hosts were kind and generous and went out of their way to help us to make the most of our stay and secure tickets for our onward journey. The riad itself is very well located with easy access to the many wonderful sights all within walking distance and was very close to a commonly used meeting point for the various tours we took. It is new, well serviced and just tucked away from the city’s noise and bustle. We loved our stay here. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Really helpful staff, couldn't do enough to help us. Lovely accommodation, really quiet location, bust just around the corner from the Jemaa el-Fna. Cracking roof top terrace for breakfast and some sun loungers for taking in the Marrakesh sun. Close walk to the Medina and also the new part of town. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back.

Nothing to dislike

The accommodation was fantastic- clean, well equipped, with a lovely roof terrace for meals and sun beds for lazy on. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable price we paid and it was varied and tasty every day. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, they genuinely were kind and friendly. We were a 5 min walk from the main square where everything else was in easy walking distance.

People really friendly and professional. The building is quite new just opened and at 300 mt from the main square Giamaa El-Fna but in a quite private street.

Our room was just next to reception, so you could hear all the conversations with other guests.

The place is greatly located. You can walk anywhere. The facility was super clean and beautiful. Loved the decor. Staff was super friendly and even took time to explain all about Marrakesh tourist sites and history. I forgot my sweater and only realised when back in Casablanca. Thanks to Nait Oudamt Mohamed he sent it at his own costs to my location in Casablanca. Thousand thanks a thousand times.

We spent 3 nights in Marrakech in this awesome Riad. The location is right in the heart of the Medina, very close to the main square. You can feel that the facilities are brand renovated. They took care of every detail. A perfect peaceful retreat from the chaos of the city of Marrakech. Specially amazing was the staff. Ilyas, the manager, was incredibly attentive and always had a smile on his face. He made us feel right at home. Also Simo, at the reception, gave us a very warm welcome on the first day, dedicating time and attention to us with great patience and care. Throughout our stay, he was always attentive to anything we needed.

Everything start from the first minutes of our arrival to riada. Someone from riada met us from taxi because it was not possible to go there with car. So he walked us to riada and suggested go up to roof terrace to drink welcome tea. On terrace was not so much light so you almost see nothing what is in your cups or plates. So after tea we asked if it's possible to order dinner which should be included in the package which we choose. But that guy who met us said that dinner is not included to our booking that they not have half board in the riad. Then he went to call someone and ask come back say again that no that we should pay and after third call and when I showed him what is saying in my booking confirmation he said that yes dinner is included to our booking. So we waisted 40 min for nothing. And we didn't get room from the beginning of our arrival to riada. Only after a while came a new guy to terrace and we asked about room so he walked us finally to room. Breakfast was included also but it was not a best breakfast. We got bread some pancakes jams and fruit salad and coffee or tea. Next day we met someone on reception and they asked how is our staying we said that not happy with breakfast because we like to have eggs on breakfast. And he said that we could just ask on breakfast for eggs and they will make for us. That is strange so why it's not written about what you can choose for breakfast. And about rooms they are very small. And shower it's not any place where you can hang your towel during you take shower and after that. So I am curious where we suppose to put wet towels??? And terrace on the roof could maybe look better around some ruined houses with torn rags hanging around so unfortunately you not get a nice view from there

Riada located in the old city so not far to go to any destination. We booked half board so dinner was included and was tasty. And in our room was window which going to the street not inside house that is not common for riads.
