The shower had weak water pressure, and the flow was just adequate at best. Additionally, with four of us in the family, the hot water supply wasn’t sufficient for everyone to shower consecutively.

The riad was impeccably clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in upkeep was evident, making for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

A stylish riad tucked down an alley - a quiet, calm oasis yet close enough to the bustle of the medina and its souks. The food is home-cooked and very good. What really made our stay special, however, was the small team of staff. Everyone at Nayanour was exceptional: friendly and genuine without being over-familiar, and unfailingly helpful.

While the medina in Marrakech is a very interesting place, it can also be very intimidating for first-time visitors. At the end of each day, this riad was always a wonderfully safe haven from all the hustle and bustle, and the staff, including Mohammad and Hamid, were always very welcoming and accommodating. They helped arrange for a knowledgeable and friendly guide who spent 4 hours introducing us to the medina our first full day, and also assisted us with booking an early morning hot air balloon ride with a very reputable company. Mohammad even accompanied me to a nearby pharmacy to help communicate some minor medical needs to the pharmacist. The breakfasts always offered lots of options, and I agree with other reviewers about the great home-made yogurt (with the home-made ice cream a close second); plus, the dinner on the last night of our stay was exceptional. My only negative comment would be that while the bathroom faucet was serviceable, it was also very loose.

There was nothing we disliked!

The Riad was very clean, with amazing decor. The staff were extremely friendly, and couldn’t be more helpful. They made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay, and were extremely helpful (with everything, from organising cheap airport transfers, to recommending activities and places to eat). The location was brilliant as it was central to the main parts of Marrakech that we wanted to explore. I couldn’t recommend the hotel more, and we will definitely be booking to stay there again.

If you are sensitive to noise, you may hear some sounds in the morning but, this did not bother us.

The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They welcomed us with mint tea and cookies while they explained the riad's services. They checked with us often to see if we were in need of anything. The breakfast was wonderful. Our bed was comfortable and the room nicely decorated. There were many places to relax throughout the riad. The location was very good and close to a couple of the major sights to visit. I would stay here again!

The water pressure in the bathroom needs attention, that will make this Riad flawless.

The staff were amazing from day 1, they give the beautiful property a sense of belonging. From the front desk to the kitchen staff - super amazing. The yoghurt ( home made) was our breakfast highlight, the amazing feast we had on NYE was homely and warming, made with love. Thank you guys at Riad Naya Nour.
