Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PortugalIt was maybe a little hidden, but we looked at it like an adventure!
A very quaint raid. A little out of the way and hidden, but very close to the markets. Staff are exemplary; cheerful and helpful. The facilities are clean. We did the hammam and massage, which was a lovely experience. I full recommend it! Breakfast was good. Very interesting decor. We fully recommend this!

United KingdomNot a huge issue: Showers pressure depended on when anyone else in the hotel was using them and the shower drained slowly. Recommend the hotel deals with this but it wouldn't put me off another stay.
Love the Location, great to have a breakfast included, staff were multi-lingual, so friendly and keen to help. I'd recommend this to anyone visiting.

SerbiaThe only thing I see as an upgrade opportunity is that the rooms are missing the door for the toilets (there is just a curtain - like shower curtain) between toom and toilet area. Having a door would be much more comfortable.
The accomodation is amazing! Everythjng looks beatiful, in Moroccan style, and is really clean. The staff is really kind and ready to help- they will great you when you come (even walk you from taxi to the accomodation) give you map of the city, show you around, give you tips for some great restaurants and city attractions. Amazing services!! And the crown jewl of the Riad- roof top terrase! 😍 Amazing terrase where you can sit or lay in the comfy sun loungers, with a lot of plats - just beautiful! Breakfast: get ready for great Morrocan tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, Morrocan pancakes, olives, cheese, fruit, coffee, tost, omlet (if you ask they will make it for you), collection of jams.. really quality meal. 👌🏻

United KingdomI personally didn't like the shower and how low the entrance to it is. I hit my head multiple times to it. also the sounds or the soundproofing is really low, you could hear ppl scraping plates from 7 in the morning that's a lot louder because my room is closer to the dining area. overall sound proofing could be better. but I also am aware that with the style of construction and all it could be difficult.
I really liked the breakfast and the specially omlettes stole my heart. I like the beds they are so comofrtable. the staff who greeted me when I came in are so friendly and informative, really ddi exceed my expectactions on who freindly and informative that talk was and the little map was thoughtful. the hammam and the massage is lady is good we have to pay extra for it though.

United KingdomMinor thing - the noisy room doors. However hard we tried, we could not open/close them quietly!
A wonderful riad in an authentic part of the medina. The staff were helpful and kind - they organised a city guide, airport transfers, as well as cooking us a delicious evening meal on our arrival. It was such a treat to have our room tidied and cleaned every day especially with two teenagers in tow! Although the room is quite dark, the glorious roof terrace gives you all the light you need - perfect for a sunbathe, reading a book or enjoying a drink. Highly recommend.

ItalyI didn't really like the "stale" air inside the building, and there was little light in the rooms. This was probably due to the fact that the windows couldn't be opened. There were double opaque glass panes designed to absorb noise from outside (in fact, the rooms are quite quiet). This is certainly true for the rooms located on one side of the Riad. Laurent told me that there are other rooms with real windows, but unfortunately, they were occupied during the days I stayed there.
The Riad is very nice and clean, with a perfect location for exploring the old city—everything is within walking distance. Laurent was extremely helpful and friendly. There was an issue with my room: on the first night, I was given a standard room instead of the deluxe one I had booked, which was a bit disappointing. However, the next day, Laurent arranged a better room for me and even treated us to a fantastic dinner at the Riad, which was a lovely gesture.

NetherlandsUnfortunately the room had no windows, it was all closed, which disabled all the natural light into the room. It felt at times quite cold and dark. The streets nearby the hotel feel a little dodgy especially in the night if you’re walking by yourself as a woman. Men call a lot in the streets but luckily I didn’t have any unsafe experiences.
I had a very comfortable time in Riad Noos Noos. Location is great and allowed me to walk everywhere. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Rooftop was super nice. I used their hammam and had one of my most amazing massages in my life from a lovely lady Ehsen.

NorwayHonestly nothing could have been better. The riad is located in a narrow and little bit shady street, but it is completely safe to walk there even at night.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room and common area. The rooftop terrace was amazing, very calm and quiet. Excellent breakfast. Very short walking distance to everything, especially the Bahia palace. Everything was just perfect.

United KingdomLocation: 2-4 mins from Tinsmith square. Need to walk through an alley. At night after 9, we bit uncountable walking through the alley(spice souk), but there is constant presence of police in the square. The staff also reassured that everything is ok. Once in the square everything is ok. Bathroom: the drain in the shower wasn’t working properly, we had to remove the filter. Just to be aware- no alcohol is served in this hotel.
Amazing staff- they started of with a debrief about the property and the Marrekesh. Gave good suggestions . Excellent communication via messaging as well prior to reaching the hotel. Made sure we were alright and looked after. All of them had a smile and wanted to help . Room: well maintained room, well decorated Breakfast: excellent There are also games -cards/cheese as well in the property Location: about 15 mins walk from Jemma el- fna Very close to the two places- hardly 5-7 mins from the tinsmith square. Lots of restaurants in the tinsmith square. Just to be aware- no alcohol is served in this hotel.

United KingdomThe janitor/night watchman was a bit big brother-like, always watching us and telling us not to touch this, not to do that...etc. when we were playing a family game of pool. It was a bit disconcerting.
A staple Moroccan breakkie of pancakes, cake, home-made yoghurt, eggs how you like, jam, honey, bread, freshly squeezed OJ and mint or English tea. Very good

ItalyWe're staying at small room. I found it pretty design wise, but the toilet and shower doors and amenities aren't for big people, and not comfortable. I'm size XS and it felt pretty hard to enter the toilet or shower haha
Stylish riad with lots of vintage designer pieces like 60's murano lamps. In a quieter area of Medina, close to spice souk
