The only problem was the noise in the day as there was construction work very close by. This is not the hotel or staff’s fault though and will only be temporary. Otherwise, the noise levels were fine. Even though in the centre of the medina, the riad felt super calm and quiet. It felt far away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Marrakech although in a great location!

Loved everything about it - modern, clean, great service, and a lovely breakfast. In a great location within the medina. I cannot emphasise enough how accommodating the staff were.

I highly recommend Riad Nyla. The interior design is incredibly beautiful, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the spa was very intimate and relaxing. The Riad is located in the heart of Marrakech, so we were within walking distance from all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating ever since we made the booking, and made us feel very welcomed and looked after.

The variety and quality of the chosen breakfast each day was great. The staff is amazing. The Medina takes some getting used to finding your way, and staff make it easy with airport transfers. Very clean and stylish, with great rooftop pool and facilities. After a hamman and massage on site, I had a 2-1/2 hour nap in my room! (So glad it was in-house!)

The design is beautiful, very clean and very attentive staff (thank you Khalid for your service and support!) Room is spacious, breakfast (and a la carte) food - delicious, big portions, I couldn’t finish everything on my plate! Spa is very nice, too - clean, quiet (unless there are some noisy tourists who think it’s okay to talk loudly and laugh but hey, lack of manners)

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. The only improvement we could think of was the sound proof nature of some of the rooms located on the ground floors but this is very minor as it's usually very quiet throughout the Riad.

Such a wonderful Riad in a great location in the Medina. The Riad is kept so incredibly clean by the staff and all the other staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfasts were great and the spa facilities were all amazing, especially the underground pool and sauna facilities! The rooftop is also gorgeous with great places to enjoy the sun or a nice cup of local tea. Definitely recommend staying here!

The pillows were feather type pillows and not supportive enough for me . Also the walk from the taxi was only a couple of minutes but not a particularly nice street to walk through .

First day it was not easy to find riad, but we did it. And during the dark hours wasn’t very comfortable to walk in those dark and narrow streets. But overall it’s not about riad itself.

It was like hidden gem in the middle of crowded and busy Medina. The minute you just enter the riad you forget that you are in busy Marrakech. It’s so peaceful, beautiful and very clean. Every morning they serve a very tasty and big breakfast. Everybody is looking after you and they make you feel like you are part of a big family. It was a pleasure to stay in this amazing place. Thank you to everyone who made our stay unforgettable.

Staff is super friendly. Room spacious and comfy. Location is exceptional. Rooftop is very well decorated and pools are most welcome with the heat. Attended a nice yoga class and wellness equipment and services are great. Definitely an oasis in the medina.

The food really wasn't very good, would suggest eating out of the hotel. This riad is down small back roads meaning it is quite peaceful, but isn't somehwere I would have felt comfortable staying alone.

Beautiful clean modern riad, smelled amazing. Friendly staff. Lovely spa that you can use as you wish.
