Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere weren't any shelves or a cupboards. There is only 1 chair but we were given a 2nd chair when we asked. The Kasbah is very touristy but that isn't the fault of the Riad!
The young man who spoke English was exceedingly helpful and made it a good stay. The room was reasonably spacious.

United StatesVery nice breakfast, one of the biggest we have had in our two weeks in Morocco. Wonderful owner who helped us get to the bus to Marrakech. Easy 10 minute walk to the kasbah and other restaurants. We had lunch one day and it was also great.

NetherlandsVery friendly staff. Nice rooftop terassse with view over Ait Benhaddou kashba. The kashba is at walking distance. The staff took the effort to walk up a table and chairs to the rooftop for our breakfast, which was great. There was a problem with the bathroom door, but this was solved quickly by the staff Parking in front of the hotel.

United KingdomWe loved the peaceful pool area and the friendly welcome. Lovely views from the Riad and a big breakfast (eggs pancakes fruit and yog) which filled us up for our next day of riding. If coming from Marrakech, definitely take the P1506 and go via Talouet - beautiful riding / driving roads

PolandAir condition is hung really high so it wasnt able to warm the high ceiling room so it was really cold in our room during the night, especially in the bathroom. It was lound as well. Water was warm for us but we heard from other rooms it run out during the evening and only cold shower was possible.
Riad and rooms is really pretty. Stuff is really nice. Breakfast was really good with fresh orange juice. It was quick stop for one night and it was ok as they have parking. Room was big enough space for us.

AustraliaBed was clean but very hard so had an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Maintenance in the bathroom was lacking with the leaking hot water service dripping through the night and the shower head that kept falling off.
Location was good, close enough to walk to Ait Benhaddou. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant meals were great.

FranceThe bed was very hard and the furniture and decoration in the room was cheap and modern (especially the unmatched rugs), and this in a country of incredible handicrafts (the wastebasket was bright pink plastic...). The whole place needs an interior decorator. There was only one night table and no reading lights and the mirror light in the bathroom was broken. The price might be a bit hi for Morocco.
Good location away from main road but close to the kasbah. Nicely finished from the outside with a small well-kept pool. The staff was very friendly (maybe even too friendly/pushy) and let us change to a better room. Very good breakfast.
