Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomMore of a hotel feel, however it was very rare to be sharing the same space with others. Breakfast was the busiest although i didnt eat there in the evenings
The Riad was stunning. The location was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and obliging. Very pretty roof tops with a small pool. Amazing breakfast with plenty to choose from. I would recommend.

Polandthe bathroom (toilet) is not separated from the room in any way. This is a very uncomfortable solution. At the reception I found out that this solution is in all rooms. Then I understood why there is always a queue for the toilet at the reception
the building is beautiful, in a great location

Beautiful property, a real oasis of claim in a crazy city, staff very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. We ate here once and the food was lovely, also serves alcohol which not all properties do. Located in the medina with easy walking distance to all attractions and close to a gate to jump on a taxi if needed. Breakfast was good and filling, would recommend this Riad

SwedenFrom the moment we stepped into the Riad, it felt as though we had wandered into a scene from The Thousand and One Nights. The intricate Moorish-Andalusian architecture, with its delicate arches, vibrant tiles, and serene courtyards, instantly transported us to another era. Every corner whispered stories of enchantment, and every detail was crafted with such care that we were utterly captivated. Travelling as a family with a spirited 7-year-old boy and a curious 11-year-old girl, we were warmly embraced by the Riad’s magical ambiance and, more importantly, its incredible staff. The female chefs in the kitchen were the beating heart of the experience, treating us not as guests but as cherished family. Their loving care, sweet personalities, and the delectable creations they conjured made every meal unforgettable. From the fragrant tagines to the melt-in-your-mouth pastries, it felt as though we were dining in a palace, yet with all the warmth of home. The facilities offered everything one could dream of. The pool shimmered invitingly under the October sun, a perfect haven for both playful splashes and tranquil moments of reflection. The spa, with its authentic hammam, was nothing short of transformative—leaving us relaxed, rejuvenated, and utterly spoiled. Every corner of the Riad catered to our every whim, making us feel like royalty during our stay. And then, there was the location—a gateway to the soul of Marrakech. Nestled in the heart of the city, the Riad placed us steps away from the bustling souks and vibrant streets. Shopping here was a sensory feast, with colourful treasures at every turn and the vibrant hum of the medina filling the air. It was everything we had dreamed of and more. We left with hearts full and a promise to ourselves: we will return. If you are seeking a place where beauty, culture, and warmth converge, this Riad is where your story should begin. Book your stay, and prepare to be utterly enchanted.

United KingdomNo Tv and no kettle in the room. The door had agap in the middle ,not very safe. Our room was near the exit so we heard the sounds from outside.
We liked the lovely atmosphere, very good breakfast, super welcoming & kind staff and the perfect location near to a main street where we could take taxis easily, very near to the suks and around 7 to 10 min walk to jemma el fenna.

SwitzerlandOur room opened on a patio. Due to renovations after the earthquake, it was the entrance to the riad, so noisy at times. But this will be temporary and a minor inconveniance in face of this dramatic natural disaster
Beautiful riad, with a spectacular patio. Great location, easy to access by taxi. Our rooms were spacious and beds firm but confortable. Great breakfast with fresh homemade msemen (Moroccan crepes).

It’s a little oasis in the madness of Marrakech. The decor is stunning. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a few minutes to walk to the square and the Koutoubia. The on site hammam is good value.
