The manager / owner (who was around for a couple of days) was really off hand and un welcoming unlike all his front of house staff who were v engaging.

Nothing about the stay itself. Just had some errors in charges on checkout but they fixed those with no issues.

This place blew us away. It's quite large with lots of different spaces- you can easily find a hidden lounge if you want some quiet. Loved the two different pools and rooftop was beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and we loved our Spa Hamman and massage. Was easy to organise a walking tour on our first day which was really helpful to explore all the different Souks. Breakfast was delicious, we really loved some of the traditional Morroccan dishes.

The locks to the room was a padlock and when locked from the outside, you could open the door significantly.

tucked in a small side street near the entrance to the Souks, this really is a little palace. The courtyards have beautiful tile and intricate plaster work, and the rooms have tons of historic character as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good, as was the dinner we had there one night. There are two pools. The one on the rooftop has a nice view of the minaret of the Kutubiyya Mosque. Located in the pedestrian only heart of the Medina, it is a short walk to a street where it is easy to get a taxi to other parts of the city. Highly recommend.

If I need to choose something, maybe more savoury choices at breakfast.

The palace is absolutely stunning, and it is like heaven on earth. The staff are amazing, and they look after the guests in everything,making sure your staying is memorable. The location of the palace is perfect near all the major attractions but hidden enough to give you an oasis of joy after a busy day walking around the city. I will remember Palais Sebban all my life. It has been an incredible joyful experience.

The property was absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail! The staff was wonderful and attentive, and the on site restaurant made things so simple for us to enjoy a relaxing and delicious traditional meal after adventuring around the city. Nearly every site was walking distance and our room was quiet and private and beautifully done, with two patio seating areas! Our server (Madadi - sorry for the misspelling!) was so amazing on our first night that we decided to dine with him again. He was attentive and kind and made excellent suggestions. He even made us a reservation for dinner the next night and had a special (and delicious) traditional meal that took all day to cook prepared for us. The food and drinks were all wonderful. You will feel like you are living in luxury here! Book it!

Just being very picky now but the pool is smaller than it looks on the photos And our bathroom drains smelt quite bad (but it's a very old building and city so we kind of understand)

This place is STUNNING ...I have never stayed in place so unique and beautiful. The decor and architecture of this place is amazing.There are so many little nooks you can take yourself off to and relax. I think for the first day we must have said WOW about 500 times. The staff are so friendly and helpful I would recommend booking an airport transfer as its quite tricky to find when you first arrive You MUST stay here !!!! You won't be disappointed

Not much, only minor things were dark room and shower was a handheld shower head. Also breakfast wasn’t as good as other riads I’ve stayed at However these were all very minor and had little impact on our stay

The most beautiful riad ever. Such wonderful staff, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were really kind in that they offered me a complimentary upgrade and massage. They were really nice to chat to as well. My room was lovely as was the view outside, the riad overall and the location. I also thought it was lovely that whenever I needed a taxi, the staff went outside with me to help me find one at a reasonable price. Really recommend this place, very beautiful!

The only issue I had was that the drainage in the shower was very slow and eventually stopped draining entirely.

The whole Riad is magnificent. A joy to the eyes. Beautiful sights everywhere and the staff is fantastic. A really top class place. We arrived after a hectic five day trip around Morocco and it was a lovely secluded place to unwind and relax.

Our recent experience involved an extended wait of 15-20minutes outdoors, necessitating multiple attempts to gain entry via phone calls and doorbell rings, notably occurring at 1 a.m. The efficacy of communication, particularly regarding late-night access procedures, designated entry points, and an accessible emergency contact, requires urgent attention. These improvements are crucial, considering the potential distress of solitary guests encountering similar circumstances.

This property is beautiful; the architecture and ambiance were truly remarkable. Everything that a riad should be! Also, the breakfast was sumptuous.
