Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandThe accomadation itself was beautiful and staff very welcoming and helpful for whatever you want to do here The accomadation was a little hard to find, but that's typical with riads, as a taxi cannot get down those tight alleyways. The perk is that you are in the heart of the old city

United KingdomThe size of our room was a a bit on the small side, but otherwise very nice.
The general manager Amine was exceptionally generous and went over and above the call of duty to making our stay as good as could be. She even popped out to the market to buy some saffron for us at proper local prices, as she was aware that tourist will invariably be overcharged. The breakfast was also exceptionally good, freshly prepared and served on the roof terrace. The design of the central court yard was extremely well designed and very serene and traditional. A true oasis of calm. I also absolutely loved the design of the bathroom, especially the brass sinks. Very authentic and timeless.

United KingdomThe fact that I couldn’t stay longer due to work, there is quite simply nothing not to like about this beautiful little hotel
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a warm and honest welcome and instantly made to feel so special. We were invited to sit down whilst our host, Hamza made us some fresh tea and sat down with us to go through maps and guides and offered us some great tips and advice. In the morning the attention to detail at breakfast was nothing short of 5 star with warm cooked breads, freshly prepared fruit salads and squeezed orange juice. Our room was made up daily with clean towels and our clothes were even folded and hung up for us. The atmosphere here is calm, peaceful and private with stunning traditional and authentic decor with balconies leading up to a sun roof terrace, which incidentally we were allowed to use all day, long after check out whilst we waited for our flight. This hidden gem was an absolute treat from start to finish and came away feeling completely de-stressed, calm and happy!

United KingdomThere was nothing to dislike. I would have liked some heating in the room as during the evening it can get quite cold in the winter season but that is a small issue compared to the rest of the riad.
The property is lovely and cosy and in the ideal location to explore Marrakech. The hosts are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you. We were given Moroccan tea and also a map of how to navigate around. The hosts were always pleasant when approached and always willing to help.

I liked everything about this riad, it’s near the centrum, but in a quiet area, it’s very beautiful and clean, the stuff is amazing, kind and helpful. The rooftop has a great view! We had a fantastic breakfast! There is a fantastic dog in the riad in addiction!!! It’s just a bit difficult to find the position at the very beginning, but a local living in the area helped us and didn’t ask for money! We really enjoyed our stay!!

BelgiumThe Riad was just amazing. The room was super clean and well decorated. Location is central and everything was close by. But above all, the owners of this property are kindhearted, caring and made us feel like family. This Riad will always be our first choice in Marrakesh 🩷

CanadaI'm older and I sleep colder now, so an extra blanket might have been nice but I never asked for one so never tested the system. This place is advertised that it has a pool, which it literally and actually does. However, it's not a pool it's big enough to swim in as you can see by the photos. Morocco is a hot place, except in January when I visited. The next time I'm looking for a hotel with a pool, I will look for a hotel with a heated pool!
I am a solo female traveler and this was a wonderful and safe place to spend a few days. I found the breakfast to be wonderful. Each morning there were two eggs brought hot to the table, a variety of warm breads, a selection of confiture, honey, butter. Coffee was in a carafe next to carafe of milk, ready at the table. The earlier you arrive, the hotter the coffee. There was fresh fruit each morning. -- I posted on socials, breakfast is not something you order, breakfast is something that arrives! I really like how solid the building felt and the number of guest spaces were available in addition to the rooms. The stairs were very well lit which felt safe. I was able to enjoy sunshine on the rooftop deck. The Wi-Fi was better than average and strong on multiple floors. There was an obscene amount of hot water and I really liked my shower. The room service congenially arranged my toiletries for me and made my bed. I should add that the thing I like the best was being welcomed by Sarah. She is incredible gem of a host and a true sister to all, a wonderful mother and a warm and enjoyable personality. She really adds color and character to the Riad.

United KingdomEverything was lovely - everyone so kind and wanting us to have the best time which we had and we will recommend to our friends
The terrace where we had breakfast was beautiful, the breakfast was a lot of different breads and this was very kind , perhaps a little less bread and more fruit would have been good - the owners and staff were lovely friendly and attentive - thank you . It was my partners birthday and we were brought mint tea on the roof top garden to watch the sun set which was such a perfect touch . A big thank you too to Sultan - he was a big hit during our stay !
