Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceWe liked everything, the only recommandation I could do if when we arrived there were two bottles of water, which we emptied the first day. New bottles were given for the last night, they could renew it everyday. However this is something not important and we know how the water is precious in Marocco
- The place was amazing as we were expected, totally typical from Marroco - The localisation is great because it's in the Medina but in a quite environnement. We also could do everything by walk - The staff was great. They agreed to gave us a breakfast earlier, they booked a hammam/massage on our behalf an for our excursion they prepared us a take away breakfast

The bed and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We got the breakfast included and it was delicious.

United KingdomThe weather at night and early morning was a little too cold for my liking, then again it was Nov!
We had a great experience at the Riad. The guys who run it are all without exception amazing and professional. From the moment we arrived up until we boarded our cab we cross paths with Uthman, Mehdi, Ahmad and Mustafa and I couldn't have asked anymore from them all, thank you guys for making it a memorable trip for me and my family! Their attention to detail in helping us and catering for our needs was truly appreciated.

MoroccoOkay what's good always comes the bad so I would say the only things I would look to change would be the breakfast obviously had been frozen and then warmed up and because I have lived in Morocco for a long time I know what fresh pastries taste like and fresh bread and nothing I was served this morning was fresh they did make me an egg with cheese which was nice the coffee was okay and everything else was okay but I would say that the breakfast needs to be fresher and leaves a lot to be desired in reference to being edible compared to most places that you can go and get a very nice Moroccan breakfast. In reference to the location I would say that it's a little bit on the outskirts so if you're driving there it's going to be okay for you but if you're walking it's going to be a little bit tricky to find for sure.
That was a lot to like about this place in reference to having lots of character the room is if you book a suite absolutely lovely and beautiful the ceiling just takes your breath away the amount of work that must have taken for them to create it the bed is actually very comfortable to include the pillows and I would say that the pool was a nice surprise I wasn't initially that impressed thinking it was going to be very refreshing but it ended up being a really refreshing time to spend at the end of a very very hot day as it's extremely hot there. I would say the staff was kind and very normal level of kind not overly kind but not overly unkind either just to definitely doing their job and that's it.

United KingdomThe prayer call was played very loudly inside of the hotel and not just outside in the mosques so it was difficult to fall asleep after it finished playing.

United StatesThe bedroom was beautiful and the lighting was dramatic, but very low light levels. The tile in the building was mostly antique and special, as was the public areas and our bathroom. So, it was an uncharacteristic detail that paint was peeling in the large, shower area. We are in our 70’s, so the winding stairs to the third floor (Euro-2nd floor) were a chore…but this is the nature of old homes, turned into Riads. This a reminder to ask for a lower room when booking, if your knees, feet or hips don’t like winding stairs, to upper floors. lastly, Admed also was very helpful to have us picked up at the train station and to arrange tours.
We liked the big rooms and the assistance we were given by Admed, the manager, and Mehti the porter/waiter/all things service. We did not use the pool but it would have been welcome at least one day. the interior is very traditional and quite beautiful. It is located in the Medina area, called “Ziat”, the furthest south and slightly east of the the Blue Gate. And, the AC in the bedroom is a great asset when it’s hot! We received good recommendations for meals and particularly, Palais Faraj, for dinner, on Friday evening. the Palais Faraj also had live music (local trio of gentlemen from FES playing international music). The prices were very fair for the elegant quality of the meal and the property.

United StatesWe had to leave! Wish our stay was longer.
This Riad was gorgeous! The easiest riad to get to without having to walk far. We were able to drive up to the walkway that led to the door. The host was very welcoming! We ordered dinner there, and he had it ready at our requested time. I love how they respond right away to your needs! I highly recommend this riad!

This place is incredible. I have never stayed anywhere like it! We stayed in a superior suite. This should be your go to option it doesn't fall short of beautiful! We payed 247.00 euros for 2 nights in December 2022. The courtyard or foyer is stunning. Great high ceilings, mosaic style tiles layer the walls and a swimming pool for the summer or warmer days. We were greeted by Ahmed on our arrival with fresh Moroccan green tea. (A must try in Morocco!) We filled in some basic paperwork and were shown to our rooms. Ahmed organised a Sylvester menu dinner for New Year's Eve for us as celebration and it was wonderful. It gave us an in depth view of Morrocon culture and cuisine. Ahmed helped us in any possible way when we needed support or guidance during our stay and prior to arrival answering our many questions throughout. This place is run incredibly well and looks like a palace from the inside. The room we stayed in was like something from a fairy-tale. We hold this place in the highest regard. It's nothing short of spectacular.

PortugalThe shower in the suite we stayed in wasn't the greatest--it had a short shower curtain on two sides, so water leaked out on to the floor. Also the attachment that holds the shower handle to the wall was broken, so we had to hand-hold it. All in all not a big deal, but a better shower in that suite would be a fantastic improvement.
The Riad is beautiful and the staff is incredibly helpful. We got sick while we were visiting and ended up spending a day in our rooms recuperating. Ahmed went to the local pharmacy to get meds for us and also cooked us a special dinner, which he brought up to our room. All the staff are very kind and thoughtful.

AustriaUnfortunately you can hear everything from the lobby/courtyard in the room. A travelgroup that arrived late started having dinner at 9 pm with loud music and only turned it off after complaining at 11 pm and made it impossible to sleep. Also, the bathroom should be renovated again since it is very outdated/partly broken.

Everything was great! Spacious room, good breakfast, enough sockets for 3 people :)))) and a good AC in the room! There was also a TV with Netflix on, so it was great to chill after a long day walking around! There was a pool as well within the building, but never had time to test it! Looked great though!
