Seen Moon is a truly enchanting place, a peaceful haven that feels like a slice of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Every detail was delightful, and the atmosphere radiated serenity and warmth. Hassan is the heart and soul of the riad, he is a guide, a friend, and a shining example of genuine Moroccan hospitality. The rest of the staff, as well as the owner, were equally kind, welcoming, and full of warmth. Through them, we experienced the true beauty of Morocco. It was hard to say goodbye to this magical riad that we were lucky to call home for two unforgettable days.

    None.

The riad is 7 min walk to Jemaa el efna square. It has a relaxing recieving area for an afternoon tea. The staff were very thoughtful and accommodating which we appreciated a lot. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast as early as 7am as we were scheduled for a very early excursion one morning. They gave safety tips for first time comers in Morocco. We love that they have a spa facility to experience traditional Hammam and massage after a tiring day. The room service is exceptional as the room was tidied daily. The whole stay felt like you have a family in a foreign country as they took care of even the smallest thing we need. Will definitely coming back! Thanks Hassan and Moha!

The only fault I could find was the bed was a bit close to the wall, but I soon got used to that!

The breakfast was very good and substantial. The riad is in a very quiet location, but only a minutes walk from the souk, with restaurants and shops nearby! The room was very comfortable, with a good walk-in shower, plenty of hot water, and very clean.

The cats who gather outside the property. Cats are everywhere in Marrakech but someone nearby must be feeding them and there were often 5 or 6 of them

A very quiet, comfortable and impeccably clean Riad with lovely, friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special

Only thing is in area walking all the cats fed chicken and there can be a smell of chicken outside on walk to riad (but once inside riad itself is very clean)

Nice rooftop area where breakfast is served with areas of shade, 5-6 tables, perfect breakfast in morning (bread, James, butter, cheese, egg, yoghurt, tea or coffee and some extras each day). Excellent staff - Mo and Hassan - very accommodative with great knowledge of the area. The hamam/spa staff also very good. Location pretty good and close by to everything Big bed, not noisy, nice ground floor, and seating in 1st floor and rooftop to relax Clean rooms and toilets

We didn't enjoyed the roads near to the riad. Filled with motorcycles and dust, but luckily, after a short walk you get out of it - that if you chose the right direction. Still, this is not riad fault, reason why they get 10/10 from me - but maybe in time they will vote/ push to have Marrakesh also adopt a motorbike free medina which will help traders, tourists and life in general. Not to mention that they should get a license to ride motorcycles, after an exam! - never saw so many (light) crashes in my life, while driving in Morocco

A very beautiful riad, a beautiful room connected to the top terrace (at least for us) which in turn was also beautiful and cozy. For the time we spent in it - which except sleeping was little - was perfect for us. Thank you for our hosts who took good care of us and were communicative and helpful - Thank you for having us.

First of all, I think you are better off staying at a riad than a hotel, like I have done. It is more authentic and more homey vibes than a hotel. The area was decent can’t complain. The Riad was very nice and warm and was just great in general. The staff were super nice and they are actually so welcoming and they will take care of you during your stay. The breakfast was healthy and had a nice variety, all homemade and fresh, made by the staff. Had no issues at all when we stayed there for 7 days. The markets was only like max 10 mins walk away from the Riad, and what I would recommend is paying attention to the surroundings so you know how to get back to the Riad ahahah! But overall, my family enjoyed staying here and there was nothing to complain about really. So, thank you to the staff and would recommend staying here again. 😀

Beautiful riad and room. Breakfast was amazing, varied and prepared with care. We also very very much enjoyed our dinners there - super well priced and absolutely delicious. Last but not least, the people working there are out of this world - caring, sweet and doing an extraordinary job to make us feel at home.

Breakfast should include some savoury options and should be a bit more different especially when you stay more days. But still it was very nice and enough.

Very convenient location, like 7 minutes walking to Jemaa el-Fna and same time to Bahia palace and still quite to rest. The riad is beautiful and our room Africa which was on the top floor, was spacious and very comfortable. Beds were great. Breakfast it was also good and the personal very polite and helpful, especially Hassan and Moha.

I can't think of any negative comments about this Riad. It was an exceptional place to stay.

A fabulous Riad in a great location, a 10 minute walk through the souks to Jemaa El Fna and all other tourist locations within walking distance. Taxis can drop you off a very short distance to the riad which i very handy when you are first time visitors. We stayed in the Africa suite which was amazing with direct access to the terrace giving you get a great view of the sunrise with the added bonus of hearing the calls to prayer. The room was always spotless and smelt amazing so massive thanks to the housekeeping. The riad can arrange dinner which was handy on the first night whilst we were getting our bearings. The dinner was fantastic and we were able to get a bottle of good Moroccan wine alongside the tasty food. Compliments to the chef! Exceptional service from Hassan during the meal and throughout the stay, he always had time for a friendly chat. He took the time on arrival to go through restaurants, banks, tips & safety advice to survive Marrakech! lol. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh breads, jams, coffee, juice and omlettes if required. Moha did a great job ensuring we were looked after. I recommend the riad service taxi as it meant you got a relaxing ride through the Medina without concern of prices. For first time visitors of this crazy but amazing city, i can't think of a better place to stay.

We visited Marrakesh with our two children for three nights, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. Moha was exceptional—he provided us with all the information we needed about Marrakesh and even helped us with apps and Wi-Fi. His assistance made our stay very comfortable and safe. The breakfast was delicious, and on the day of our departure, Moha went above and beyond by preparing packed breakfasts for us to take to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family, with a separate area for the children. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging taxis for us and ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps away from the center of the souks and surrounded by great restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Marrakesh!

This is a tip for other tourists . When my taxi dropped me off near the Riad which I organized through the Riad , a guy came up to me to take my luggage . I did not want him taking it as it was literally a minute walk to the riad . When a staff member appeared to meet me , I then assumed the guy taking my luggage was working with the Riad. It turned out he was not and then demanded money from me . He seemed very annoyed but I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted to take my own luggage .

The staff went above and beyond to make your stay memorable . They were all very friendly. The breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean . A lovely stay overall .

Our family had an incredible stay at this Riad in Marrakesh! From start to finish, everything was top-class, making it a perfect choice for our family getaway. The atmosphere was enchanting, blending Moroccan charm with modern comfort. We had two separate rooms, both beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the quiet ambiance ensured a restful night’s sleep. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, whether it was organizing activities, recommending places to eat, or serving delicious breakfasts. The communal areas, including the courtyard and rooftop terrace, were great spaces to unwind as a family. The Riad’s location was also ideal, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to explore the Medina with ease. It provided the perfect balance of peace and proximity to Marrakesh’s vibrant sights. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this Riad to families or anyone looking for a cozy, high-quality stay. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakesh!

It was a little difficult to find. Once we got as far as we could in the taxi the driver phoned the Raid and one of the guys met us helping with our bags. For some strange reason, the cost was a little higher than when we booked it. I did not notice until we got home.

Both guys were really lovely. We enjoyed a nice tea when the room was being prepared. A little later my husband became quite ill but I felt well supported and he felt better a couple of days later. The Raid was beautiful as was our room. A great breakfast.

The location of this place was great. It was such a tranquil and peaceful place to stay. The staff were ever so kind and helpful. Mint tea was offered as soon as we arrived with lovely biscuits. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast every morning was fresh and tasty. The Hammam and massage facility was really good as were the massage ladies who carried out the Hammam and massage. All in all a very beautiful road to stay in. The staff organised a taxi to the airport and when we left we were given takeaway breakfast which the staff didn't have to but they did. The hospitality was something else.
