This is probably more of my misunderstanding, but I assumed the spa to be free to use for guests, but it was not. However, if I had more time I would have booked it.

I enjoyed my stay, the location was great, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was tasty. Mohammed was exceptional and helped me with all my queries and requests, I really aprpeciated this.

It is not wheelchair accessible. Would be nice to have a pool for those hot days, but the room had air conditioning, individually controlled by each guest in her or his room.

The cleanliness, the quiet, the lovely inner courtyard and upper terrace. The great hammam has wonderful professional staff. The owner is very, personable, as were the cleaning staff. The young man at the reception desk was charming, helpful and attentive, even texting me to make sure I was ok when I did not come back as early as expected.

The staff were amazing but I went there to celebrate my birthday which they were aware of so I didn't expect to be put in a small brown room next to the kitchen which was very noisy I really wanted rest and relaxation the noise was terrible every morning and room too small Staff and location were perfect and the shower was great

Everything i didnt like

To be honest i didnt like the place , i was suppose to stay for 3 nights but left the place on my first night and booked another hotel .it wasnt for me pictures and reviews mislead me thats not what i wanted

The sink was always slow, so unpleasant.The shower water comes out to the floor every time we showered. After the first night we went on a trip for two nights and three days. When we came back after our trip at night we found the door to our room was open wide. The staff said it was kept open to air out the room. Our room was on the ground level open to the common courtyard. I found my luggage, which I closed tight before I left , was open. I thought it was strange. We asked for a small breakfast the next morning at 6:30 am since we had to leave early. The staff refused it first and later promised to get it arranged. There was no one around and no breakfast in the morning. The facility was larger than our previous Riad, but nothing particularly attractive or special. When I got home I realized my kindle was missing, which I never took out of my luggage during my whole trip!

It was a little closer to the square than our previous Riad.

it’s square area smoking doesn’t go anywhere ,People smoke in hotel and corridors so u can’t really enjoy for non smoker, recommend should have smoker area on the rooftop only, pillow so uncomfortable

great location, staffs very helpful and friendly, nice hotel, very first impression when check in smell so nice with candle and candle light everywhere , it’s ruined it until someone come out and smoke in the corridors

we had one of the bottom room and therefore there is not much natural light coming in.

We had a nice stay, the riad is gorgeous, the room is comfortable and very clean. The hosts were very friendly could not have made us feel more welcome.
