Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI would prefer if breakfast was served a little longer since it closed at 10:30.
The staff were really welcoming, they made sure we were comfortable. The bedrooms were regularly cleaned. Also, it was located near to Jemma el-Fnna which was bustling and so lively at night.

LithuaniaAt some times pool could be a bit cleaner. Sometimes lack of privacy but that's what rijads are all about so fine with this!
Enjoyed personal very much! Also traditional Moroccan breakfast and dinner was great. Rooms were cleaned every day, additional requests satsified.

ItalyThe Riad is just 10 mins walk from the main square but isolated enough not to be immersed in the ever-going buzz of the city, a good compromise to boh have easy access to main attractions and have some good rest at night. The amenities are exactly as described in the website. Our favourite part was the staff, so welcoming, kind and available to meet any requests of ours, including the organisation of a three days excursion to the desert. Aisha is a gem of a structure manager, totally recommend and would definitely come back.

SpainNarrow streets to get to the hotel. My friend and I did have no problems and we were happy with the experience,, but if I had to go alone I will choose another hotel near by a main street with car access so I do not have to walk alone back to the hotel at night. Or if I go with old people, also it is not the best choice, no access with car plus no lift in the hotel.
The location is very good in terms of what you have near by, the area is very safe and you have some police check points near. The only problem is that you have to go from the main street to a couple of narrow streets to get to the hotel. My experience was good, I felt safe, I had no problem with anyone, but it is true that you may feel uncomfortable if you have to go back to the hotel late in night alone (cars can not access the site). It was a good price/quality relationship. The place was cute, rooms a bit small but good, clean and with the necessary amenities, we had breakfast without time limit (they were very nice and gave us breakfast even if it was late in the morning), the staff was polite and helpful. Overall a very god experience.

Very clean and beautiful Riad. Alicia and all the staff were exceptionally kind and made the stay seamless. Great rooftop and a small pool to cool off in when it’s hot in the afternoon.

United KingdomAmazing Riad, so comfortable and spacious with lots of amenities. Could easily stay in all day at the pool, terrace, sitting area or the room. Amazing hammam best experience ever! Such lovely staff who go out of their way for you. Close to the medina but not too close to be too loud. Breakfast was so delicious. Rooms cleaned so well everyday. Will definitely be back!

United Arab EmiratesBit of a walk from Square and markets. In the heat it was too much to get back and forth to riad. Haggle with the taxis to get it done to 10 or 20dinars. Also the shop nearest to the riad overprices for the tourists. Avoid and get water from main roads.
Riad was lovely and big, staff were really lovely and helpful. The breakfast was a lot and delicious. Also the tagines in the evening were delicious.

United KingdomI think getting to the Riyadh was a bit of a trek and a few alleys but after a while it was OK. The breakfast is OK as well but not many beverage options.
You knock on the door and the minute it opens up, you're an awe to see how lovely the Riyadh is and the entire set up. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and it felt like a community where you can talk to other travelers and the staff.

EstoniaBiggest problem was that there was no air in room :( Windows opened to courtyard which was covered on top with plastic. Bed (basically mattress) was too little for 2, lock box did not work, no correct lock for room (simplest padlock is used). Did not feel safe. Also very far from any soundproof (1 night there was disco music until 3 in the night, you can hear others in their rooms and dining room activities very clearly etc). Very little room. We wouldn't consider it as 4-star
Typical Riad basically located in medina. If you search the real Morocco experience, here it is.

United KingdomLocation was a bit scary as we arrived in the night, not enough signage. Plus people in the area just take the case from you and take it to the Riad then ask for money when we never asked them to carry it.
Staff was very helpful and the room very clean, breakfast was very nice.
