The team at Riad Green House was our highlight. This Riad is a hidden gem in the heart of the Medina—peaceful, welcoming, and just a short walk from the Blue Gate. The rooms are spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the rooftop is perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff went out of their way to assist us with everything. We really appreciated the warm hospitality, the fresh breakfast in the rooftop. A truly special place that made us feel right at home.

We previously emailed to say we would like a meal when we arrived late and we were told by email that they would email us a menu a few days before arrival. That did not happen and when we arrived we were told that they did not supply meals! We also booked a guided tour for a full day at 500 Dirham for 5 hours as we were told that half day tours of 3 hours were not available but we only got a 3 hour tour for a full day price.

Stunningly beautiful Riad in the heart of the Fes Medina. We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and, of course, we enjoyed delicious mint tea! If we are lucky enough to return to Fes we will rebook here without hesitation.

The property itself was gorgeous! It is very authentic and well preserved. You wouldn't believe there's a medina right outside the door, it was so peaceful! Meryem and her crew were amazing. They went way above beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Got us a great driver and guide to take us sightseeing. Liaised with the driver who took us to Chefchaouen. Always had copious amounts of mint tea available. The day we checked out, kept our luggage so we could wander around for some last-minute tours. I don't know how they managed it, the riad was always full but we felt like the only guests...that's how personalised the service was. Thank you guys, will definitely be back!

My only complaint and the reason I scored 9 instead of 10 stars is because the wifi was extremely slow and unpredictable. Unfortunately I had to do some work when I was visiting and I was unable to have an important meeting. The service throughout the Medina was not great, but it was particularly challenging in the Riad. Just a tip in case this is important to you. If I had not needed it, it would have been a perfect stay.

The property was lovely! So beautiful and right in the heart of the Medina. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our suite was spacious and well-appointed. The property was extremely clean, safe and quiet. The value for the room was exceptional. They helped us arrange a guide for a day in the heart of the Medina and souks, which was also excellent. We can’t wait to return!

The only minor thing is that the bathroom was one floor down from the room, a little harder on 63 and 67 year old people.

A beautiful old home in the centre of Fes with wonderful architectural features and the warmest of welcomes. The location and building were excellent, but it was the service and the kindness of the team that make us want to return one day. Nothing was too much trouble and we loved how friendly and helpful everyone was. Our room was spotless with a comfortable bed.

The only thing that was not great was the shower which by design will always result in a completely wet bathroom including the toilet.

Beautiful Riad with lovely staff. Comfortable bed & lounge area in beautiful big room. Excellent breakfast. Well priced parking close by & very easy to access Riad with suitcases. Air conditioning worked well.

The walk to the Riad is an exciting experience in itself! I have travelled to many places but nothing can prepare you for Fez or the beauty of walking upto and into this Riad. Breathtaking. As I solo traveller I try and travel on a tight budget but I am happy I paid the extra just to experience such a warm welcome from Miriam and her team (sorry if I have spelt this wrong) also you are staying in a work of art so treat yourself. The single room is cosy with comfy bed. Roof terrace has amazing view of the mountains. Will be back next year

Truly an exceptional hotel. Our room was amazing, it was very spacious and had the highest ceiling, it was quiet and comfortable. The Riad interiors are breathtaking. I really wish we stayed longer. Location is perfect. They serve a beautiful traditional breakfast. It was by far the best hotel/riad we stayed at in Morocco and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
