A little noisey due to being in the centre of the Madina, needs a sign to advise other guests to respect sleeping guests on roof top. Children playing out at 3am woukd be good if someone could go out and ask them to leave but this was only the 1 night.

Warm welcome, clean and tidy. Breakfast plentiful, simon & his staff go above & beyond.

This Riad is a calm oasis in the middle of a vibrant and chaotic city, which you will encounter walking in just the middle of the Medina. Its small door hidden in the middle of a crowded alley would make it difficult to expect to have a silent and comfortable place just behind it. You will stay in a picturesque room and with a morning breakfast in the terrace is an amazing way to start the day and the staff is extremely friendly

Room cleaned every day, roof top garden, breakfast served till around 12.30. Plenty of hot water. TV channels is most languages, even ordered us a taxi from door to airport. Excellent hotel.

I can't complain at all. The price was decent - the hospitality wonderful and it's located in the craziness of the Medina. Breakfast was very filling and served with grace.

Riad Simon was a lovely place to stay in Marrakech. Its in the Medina, a short walk away from the famous square but easy to find as it's on a main alley. Simon and his staff are so welcoming - while allowing you your privacy. My friends stayed at a Riad which looked much more luxurious online but felt a little soulless when you got there. Riad Simon is small with a roof terrace for breakfast and to relax. Simon told me that he wanted his guests to feel at home and I certainly did. He was very helpful - he helped me buy a SIM card from a local seller when I lost part of the one I bought at the airport and printed off boarding passes the day l left. Nb get to the airport in plenty of time with printed boarding cards - the wait to get through to the gate is unbelievably long.

For me, personally, beds were very hard. I 100% appreciate beds are a personal preference. For me, they were hard, but for others they could be perfect, so this isn't a negative. It is my opinion.

For us, the location was great. Very central and in the heart of everything. The riad itself was so cute. I loved it. Simon and his staff were lovely. So friendly and helpful.

It was perfect!

The location couldn’t be better, you are right in the centre of the medina, yet when you enter the riad you feel transported to a place of tranquility. The rooftop terrace is a beatiful spot as well. Simon went above and beyond to help and advise us of good local spots, he is a great host.

Simon is a very warm-hearted and welcoming host who helped make our stay in Marrakesh really great. The Riad is beautiful and tastefully decorated, the rooms are comfortable and the rooftop was a great place to hang out. Breakfasts were exceptional, and the best part was the location, right in the heart of the Medina with tons of great food right outside and easy access to all attractions.

We were immediately made to feel at home by Simon, a charming and helpful host. From the welcoming mint tea and biscuits on the rooftop terrace when we arrived to the farewell taxi, we could not have been better looked after. We loved our modest room with an amazingly comfortable bed. Breakfast at a very small extra cost, was superb every day - we particularly liked the coffee mildly spiced to Simon's grandmother's recipe. This is about as far from a commercial western hotel as you could imagine, and so much the better for it. It is located smack in the middle of the bustling Medina, a five minute walk along the crowded street to the main square of Jemaa el Fnaa, the historic centre of the city, where there is food, entertainment, people-watching.

Communal space could have been bigger but I guess riads are not hotels!

Clean and tidy riad three minutes walk from Jemaa el Fnaa. I stayed for four nights and the host, Simon, could not have been more helpful. Tea and sweet treats on arrival along with various WhatsApp messages with local recommendations - from banking and restaurants to hammams and monuments - I used some of these and can recommend them also. Simon also arranged a taxi to and from airport which was very helpful. Breakfast was good and only €4. All in-all, a great experience and I hope to return!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, and a very tasteful tea and local sweets offered at your arrival. Perfect location to stay if you want to explore Medina. Room was a bit smaller than expected, but was very comfy and provided a charming atmosphere. Room was cleaned and refreshed every day.
