Every thing was accurate to photos, especially the rooms, the pool area not as bright but could be due to the position of the sun. The staff were amazing and very helpful with anything you need to make your stay better, breakfast was on the sweeter side and a lot of options. House keeping came daily. In terms of location, it is very accessible if you use taxis as it drops you off and you walk 1 min to Riad, walking wise 20 min approx to center. Overall, I’d recommend this place!

We were only offered eggs with our breakfast on the last day, would be nice to have this option on the other days too.

A very charming Riad with a friendly staff that will do everything to help you with any request. The rooms are cosy but could need a bit of fixes of the plumbing. We also enjoyed a Hamam visit with masage that we can recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was amazing.

What an amazing stay we had at Riad Sindibad. From the minute we arrived until we left, we were treated like gold. The riad is so beautiful and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms beautiful. Each room has strong wifi. Our room's window was right on the street, but we closed the windows and shutters at night and it was beautifully quiet. I slept like a log. I was woken up the first morning by the call to prayer, but this did not bother me or any of the other members of our group, as this is all part of the authentic Moroccan experience. Embrace it! The pool was wonderful to come home to after being out and about on a hot, busy day. The breakfasts were amazing! Everything so tasty and more than enough to start your day on and the mint tea is the best I have ever tasted. Also, the honey! Wow! Moroccan honey the best I have ever had! The roof terrace was also a lovely spot to relax after a busy day. Our group enjoyed relaxing up there, sipping wine and chatting about our day and everything we experienced. We felt very safe at all times in and outside of the riad. The location of the riad is perfect - right at the entrance of the medina. There was an airport shuttle that fetched us when we arrived and took us back to the airport when we left again. The driver, Hicham, was friendly and polite and took us into the centre of Marrakech and collected us in the evening too. First class service! The staff at the riad - Lahcen, Ali, Majid and Lahcen (little) and the ladies - Latifa, Wafa, Hasna, and also Zineb in the kitchen - thank you, thank you, thank you! You were all so friendly and kind and it was wonderful to be treated so well by all of you. Your hospitality was warm and inviting and your recommendations of where to go and what to see was very helpful. For the real Moroccan experience, this is the place to stay. Marrakech is amazing. Thank you once again. We will be back and we will stay at Riad Sindibad again.

The keys into the rooms were cumbersome. Good location for easy access but a little far from main areas of interest.

We stayed here on two different occasions over a week so we experienced two different rooms. Both were decorated beautifully each with a few quirks to make it feel authentic. Check in felt like a welcoming cup of tea at a friend’s place.

Our stay at Riad Spa Sindibad was relaxed and a welcome sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast was fresh and generous, staff friendly and helpful and I treated myself to a massage which was fantastic.

Riad is not walking distance to main attractions and neighbourhood is not great. We wouldn't recommend the hammam and massage facilities. It was our first hammam experience and it was very standard. The hammam smelt bad and overall it didn't feel like a relaxing experience. We also got a massage which was very average. The ladies were whispering throughout the massage so we couldn't fully relax. We wouldn't recommend this experience.

The riad is really nice and the facilities were good. We wanted a bit of rest from walking and spend the afternoon in the terrace which was really nice.

Location was great, in the Medina so lots of sight within walking distance. Room was lovely and the attention of detail in terms of artistry was high as is most of Morocco. Bathroom was great, nice shower with consistent warm water. Staff helpful and courteous indemiic of Morocco as well. Was recommended a restaurant was was spot on and had a lovely meal. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Overall excellent value foe money as Rihad is beautiful, clean, and staff welcoming.

Riad Spa Sindibad is amazing. I was there for 3 nights with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it. It’s well decorated, smells super nice, everything was super clean, the food was great, it’s super central and close to the Medina and everyone that works there is super friendly. We were super well received by Majid when we arrived and during our stay everyone was amazing with us. Definitely recommend this Riad to everyone who’s thinking about coming to Marrakech!

Easy to find location,much space for the car arriving, near there was a parking for the car. Staff was very welcoming, swedt and give us lot of info about the atractions:) Property was clean, bright private room on the top floor,rooftop perfect, as a woman, big plus gor the big shower and hairdryer

The roof top is not as nice as other ryad we have been to. Breakfast as well not as nice as other places. There was not the waouh effect we had in all the other riads. And this was more expensive. While i could recommend other riads we have been to, i wouldnt recommend as warmly this one even if there nothing especially wrong to say. Just there is nothing special about it.

This is like every other riad. They got the marrakech style. Good breafast. Warm welcome. The best and the only thing i would rate 10/10 here was the massage.

The riad is beautiful and the staff were very accommodating, organising taxis, putting on an earlier breakfast (included) and helping with boarding passes. The location is ideal. Breakfast was lovely. The terrace is also large and the communal riad downstairs is a lovely area to chill out. I didn’t use the spa facilities but they are also available - massages etc!
